A simple summary is that The SCP is more strategic focused. The CP is more about basic process and legality. The SCP usually requires demonstration situational experience more relative to management, strategic operations, and employee relations etc.

Is it true that SHRM introduced the course itself, the CP and SCP exam in Arabic language?

Great question! The CP and SCP exams are available in Arabic. We have not heard yet if the preparation materials including the SHRM Learning System are available in Arabic.
