    Perfect timing! It’s been one of those very stressful days taking care of everyone else. I didn’t even realize my body had turned into a pretzel! Ty so very much for reminding me to relax, move the right way and breathe!

    Idek if my body can handle 20 mins anymore. I finally got my POTS diagnosis this week. Finally can self validate my HR at 135 after a walk today and feeling sick. Just want my nervous system to feel safer with movement. But I’m so glad your channel exists bc the exercises are POTS friendly. I’m only hypermobile in my wrists + shoulders that I know of but exercise modifications for hypermobility seem to work for me.
