It is just that previously the US is comparing with the rest of the world countries which are weak military. Now the global military has change with the military advancement of China, Russia, Iran, Nth Korea and many others. Now, instead of comparing weaker countries, the US is comparing with advance military countries and this make it looks weak. With the billions of dollars spend on the military, the US military should be at the most advance stage. Unfortunately, not all the money spend goes to the military because majority of the fund go into the military industrial complex executives pockets and the US Lawmakers pockets.
