When I switched from firealpaca to Medibang around a year ago I thought the same thing too about how the brush feels better, idk why 😂😂. I absolutely love your speedpaints and medibang.
I'm a new subscriber and it amazes me how colorful you art tends to be since my art is more of the darker/eviler side (most of my characters tend to have dull eyes not even having shine to them). So it's fun for me to see the differences between art styles.

The stream sounds so interesting and unique that I'd definitely want to check it out, however I have a really busy schedule on weekdays so I'd only be able to check it out if it was during the evenings or on weekends. That's usually why I don't watch a lot of streams in the first place, lol. Also for the "care package" thing, that doesn't make you selfish at all! Liking putting gifts together actually makes you more selfless, haha! I can't wait for all of your ideas to be put into the works! Have a good week~

I like Firealpaca because it is easy for beginners like me to get a grasp on digital art. I really recommend it to anyone who is reading this comment and a beginner digital artist. But with Medibang i had a hard time getting to know the tools and design wise it was really overwhelming. I was afraid to even make a sketch in Medibang! So I definitely recommend Firealpaca for those who are new to digital art but if you want to go up a little i recommend Medibang. ~Thank You~
Honestly, a live stream would be really cool! It'll be cool to see the process of a drawing from beginning to end in real time, even if it's simple and short.

Hey Leslie! So you mentioned how it felt smoother and I wanted to point out the 'correction' tool. In the version of firealpaca you have (for a mac) I can't see the obvious setting but I would assume it is still there. But basically the higher it is set the smoother all the lines turn out!

Yay medibang! I always use medibang, I haven't really tried anything else, but that's because I didn't need to. Starting digital art, I used medibang and after a few tries I got a hang of it. It is really similar as fire alpaca and I definitely recommend it! (And it's free so)
Oh yess I love the OC streaming idea!! The only problem I could think about is that most UA-camrs stream when I'm not able to watch because of time zones but that's life I guess .-.
I used to use fire alpaca but my computer didn't like it and it stopped working so I looked up another drawing program like fire alpaca and someone said medibang pro. I love it now
btw! i really reccomend the tablet huion h420. i recently got it i'm not that good at digital art but i think it's really smooth. i have small hands and it has a really small space to draw with but they have other sized tablets for cheap too :D
You could do the art stream thing on Picarto, I haven't got a chance to use so I don't know how it really works, but I've seem other artists do art streams on there
I had to use FireAlpaca for a while and it of course advertised CloudAlpaca and I transferred to it because it was sooo much smoother than FireAlpaca. I'm currently using Sai, but I jump back and forth between programs sometimes or use them all together since they have certain qualities that the others don't have. I'd recommend the switch to MediBang tho!
I use the medibang app. It's complicated at first (for pc and the app) but after a while you get use to it. But I recommend getting a decent stylus if you want to draw percily
Oooh yeah! streaming~ I suggest you do it on Twitch since you can also game there (if you are into games) also it will be great to see how you make ocs~
you should stream on beam it has a 0.2 seconds delay so itll be like having an actual real time conversation while we think of a charachter it should feel more natural for you as well and more comfortable rather than a 30 seconds delay btw i love your work you taught me a lot of techniques and im so greatful for that !
I like your streaming idea, I would try my best to watch that live (I'm South African so time zones..) I'm sure there's a way to give prompts or vote on character designs, the Pegbarians do it (I don't have twitch so I don't know the specifics but that's what they do in their interactive adventure streams)
Hey, Leslie! Were you able to get your brushes from FireAlpaca working on MediBang okay? I've been having trouble downloading brushes off of the internet and getting them on Medibang. It seemed to work fine for you on FireAlpaca, so... And also, as for streaming, I think that would be an awesome idea! I'd recommend UA-cam because it's so ridiculously easy. I have streamed fine on UA-cam.

I used to use medibang but I have found it hard to save it to my computer and send it to others. it wouldn't let me send a picture I drew for my friend, and so I had to copy and paste it. but ever since someone suggested firealpaca to me and I tried it, and I have loved it. but that's all just my opinion and I haven't tried to send anything that I have drawn in firealpaca to other yet so I guess my opinion isn't based completely on my own experiences.

its such a shame you don't want to do animations, I think they would've looked adorable. I'm not pressuring to do any but just to let you know, many of us animators don't have much patience either to do the things that we do but that doesn't stop us from exploring the big art world and enjoying what we love.

I don't have a tablet and I will not be getting one for a while. Do you think I could use the Medi Bang app without the computer software?
I use the medibang app and as long as you're okay drawing with a stylus or finger, you'll be fine
