I think most entrepreneurs can relate to that. It's amazing how little information you need once you have a very strong why - Jared is a great example of that.

The author of the book, Think Rich and Grow Rich had a son who was deaf and mute, but the Dad was relentless. When you have, faith, beliefs and dreams, yes you can change the route of your life. I have this motto and shirt printed (please don’t copy, instead, Order) “IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT.” Immigrant here from a tiny town of the Philippines. I’m a late starter at 58 and 1/2. Several surgeries, shoulder, pectoralis minor extraction, first rib removal, scalenectomy, severe lower back pains, 24/7, bilateral legs neuropathy, fibromyalgia, TMS, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome or TOS, blaring headaches that is blinding.
Jared is a Christmas hero 😭 I didn't cry when his son was screaming, I didn't cry when his back was screaming, I didn't cry when his wife was dragging his body, but when he got to the part about the "Albanian workforce"... and then again when the Post man starts helping.... and then again when his wife vows to keep things afloat...
I love that he doesnt go crazy on people that know what they need to do but don't it's refreshing, i think the reasons for not doing the work is multidimensional

But who actually buys these small businesses? I always hear people's stories here about selling their businesses, but I don't recall hearing about who the buyers are. Tell us more about that.
Depends on the size, bigger businesses are usually bought by Private equity groups, smaller ones by individuals who just get an SBA loan or private funding. In the end of the day it’s just an income stream for whoever buys.
