Crispy Air fryer chicken popcorn | popcorn chicken

Hey guys, this is my quick go to snack when I feel peckish on an evening. My chicken popcorn recipe is easy to follow and can be made quickly and easily using simple ingredients you have at home and the best bit is they’re not processed or fried 👀😀…. Enjoy 😉
Chicken popcorn
Ingredients
200g chicken breast
1 Egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsb black pepper
2 tbsp plain flour
2 cups Cornflakes
Method
Cut chicken breast into small pieces
In a bowl add the egg and the dry spices and mix well
Add the flour and combine and leave to marinate
Crush the cornflakes, coat each chicken piece with cornflakes crumbs
Spray with oil
Place on the air fryer basket
Cook on 200C for 12 mins
Or in a preheated fan oven for 20 mins on 200C
