I don’t think anyone noticed this, but my favourite part was how towards the end they animated Shizuka turning her head to face the characters as they talk, even though the animators didn’t really need to; at 1:04 she turns her head toward Hakari as she’s speaking, at 1:08 she turns her head to face Rentaro when he’s speaking and lastly at 1:16 when Karane speaks, Shizuka doesn’t turn her head this time but her eyes move very slightly to the side (you can barely notice it) indicating she’s looking at Karane.
I love how Karane is just utterly losing it on Rentarou (which he understands) and Hakari is just glad that she's not being thrown aside because Rentaro has found someone new that he loves.
Okay, to be fair: God LITERALLY forced him into this by giving him 100 soulmates. If he fails to romance ANY of them, they die. He has to do this now, he basically murders any of the soulmates he refuses to romance so he has to endure the feeling of "I got them to accept this love triangle and now I am going to demand they let me date someone else, I am screwed". To him, it is genuinely a live-or-die situation either way.
Imagine if this dude has to attend 100 weddings..... and have however many children unless they use protection! .......yeah rentaro your kinda screwed!
In a later chapter which is around the 80th chapter or so the love God asks rentaro why rentaro doesn't tell the girls the whole reason he's dating all of his current girlfriends and rentaro states that while he's certain his girlfriends would believe him about the love God he doesn't want to say anything to them because he's being selfish by him being able to enjoy dating so many girlfriends and he doesn't want any of his girlfriends be forced into dating rentaro just to avoid death. He wants their love to be genuine instead of obligation

I'd say both girls react in pretty hilarious ways. Hakari wasn't even on the level of being perfectly understanding. She figured he'd fallen for someone new and wasn't actually in love with her anymore. Just relieved that he'd keep her around around regardless.

The subtitles are vastly different to the spoken stuff, its like how Fo4 in german has pretty much every bad thing censored out, up to such a degree that things dont fully make sense. That and experienceing fallout in english is a completely different experience. For one part, its more than 3 voice actors which is a good start. For another its that i now get sometimes important context than "Meine katze ist wegerannt, bringst du sie mir zurück?" with no mention of where the cat ran to, who the cat is, what the cat looks like and whatnot. Yeah, honestly this subtitle mismatch isnt even nearly as bad.
