I’m so glad that you’ve talking about Elizabeth Taylor’s books! I just discovered her (haven’t read anything yet) and I’ve been looking for reviews! Hope to see more!
I would start with either Mrs Palfrey, or A Game of Hide and See, or A View of the Harbour for her novels. Virago have published her complete short stories, which starts with a novella called Hester Lily. I definitely recommend Elizabeth Taylor as a writer. She is a beautiful writer.
The book of short stories "The Devastating Boys" is a real gem, I've re-read those fantastic stories so many times. So many laugh out loud moments! All of these are included in the complete collection, but are a great introduction to her work. It's hard to pick but I'd say the story "Excursion to the Source" is the best one.
I will be doing a where to start and faves video as soon as I have finished her adult work. I have just one more novel and her short stories to go so stay tuned!! Haha
yes, I will do but I haven't quite hit the 5,000 mark yet but when I do I will put up a video. Is there a shelf in particular you would like to see? :)
My bookish pal says this is his 3rd all time fav book.

I got this as a present from my best friend last year and have yet to read it. Sounds like it will be a great introduction to Taylor! :)
Can you help me please? Which is the most representative book or short story created by Elizabeth Taylor? Thanks in advance.
