There is only one sentence in the entire lore of BA where Noa says to Yuuka that if Yuuka won't confess to sensei then she will. She says it only to push Yuuka into confessing- because that's her consistent goal throughout the story. That's why she doesn't say this sentence to anyone else but Yuuka. There is nothing in lore that points to Noa falling for sensei.
Noa has an actual spine and would never hurt her best friend like that.

It's not gomen anyone lmao. Noa is Yuuka's wingman, she WANTS Yuuka and sensei to get together. Like, read the lore lmao.
The cat simply gave her a lot of teasing ammunition to spend both on sensei for obviously being into Yuuka so much that he got a plushie of her; and Yuuka for being so oblivious to the fact that the cat *is* her, meaning sensei wants her to be close at all times. Noa is in prime hunting season. She's not sad or angry, it's the opposite: she's grinning.

Because she literally her best friend, she brainstorms tactics with Yuuka, creates scenarios where Yuuka is left alone with sensei, during the sports event she made sure that sensei payed attention to Yuuka. That's why she only said that sentence to Yuuka and not anybody else and never went through with it. It was supposed to just shake Yuuka so she just tells sensei that she loves him.
Getting Yuuka and sensei to be together is a consistent goal for Noa throughout the whole story. It would go against her every single thing she says and does if she would "steal" sensei. She actually has a spine and wouldn't hurt her best friend like that.
NTR stans actually took a single sentence they misunderstood and made a thing out of it. They are just that desperate.
