I hope the strict liquid diet is for medical/operational reasons and not you thinking its a good way to lose weight?, after the liquid diet when you go back to everyday solid, salty, fatty foods your body will store it as fat and you will pile all the weight back on, the best way to lose weight is eat healthier and exercise, there is no fast route, take care x

Danny that looks amazing. Not what I normally order for gyros as I like lamb with Tzatziki sauce....but that thing was massive. I think you needed to put it in a headlock to finish that sandwich. Glad you go baklava....my favorite Greek dessert.
After watching this yesterday our local Greek takeaway have started selling them so a got the chicken gyros with yoghurt and mint sauce and it was amazing so thanks for sharing I am now a big fan of them and they have a selection to try so going be friday night gyros and at £5.60 well worth the money cause it would actually feed 2 people

I have to nitpick as a Greek, it's pronoucned 'ye-ros' or 'ye-ro' - great video though! If you go to a Greek place again, try skepasti! It's the pita bread with a the gyro meat, melted cheese, tzatziki, tomato and onions, and grilled flat.

I had my first Lamb Gyro back in 1987 in Egypt.....been hooked ever since....the Key is on the Vertical Gyro Shawarma Machine and the tzatziki sauce!
