One of my closest friends made me listen to this band a while ago... I loved it but never really came back to it... He hanged himself yesterday... I can't stop listening to it now... R.I.P.
Hope all is well keep your head up man even though i dont know you .know your loved and even though these things are hard know your not alone and he would want you to remember the good times dont be sad for the moments you had be happy you had them
I know this reply is from eight years ago but I can kind of relate because my first boyfriend and I used to listen to this band and he's no longer here. Sorry for your loss.
That breakdown is so good it makes my skin crawl: I deserve better than this I dream of steel Maroon and warm Your end You gasp for air Ill see this through Ill see through you Your pale Your pale blue eyes Those are some of the most hardcore lyrics I have ever read..he just described murder in one of the most brutal ways
To be honest I heard this song for the first time before this year's Warped Tour. I went to see them around eight the night of and something in his voice and the energy of the crowd during this song has easily made me a huge fan. I cannot wait to earn my title as a fan to listen to all of their songs.
I'm gonna get a coffin made of a welded steel structure. Inside of which it will house a series of amps and speakers which are wired externally on the grid. All power bills will be paid by my estate and this song is gonna play full blast from the underground for years
Who remembers music videos on FUSE? When Degrassi was one of the top T. V. Shows next to Laguna Beach? I am so missing my high school days. So much has changed in just ten years.
This song explains what I'm going through exactly, even though I've been listening to it for awhile now. Especially the part where they say, I'll see through you, your pale blue eyes. Because the person I'm dealing with has pale blue eyes How Ironic. Love this song.
I used to play this song over & over, 14 years old, singing my absolute heart out like I knew what it meant. Now here I am, 27 years old, heart broken, life in shambles, & now I actually get it. This shit hit too close to home for me today.
I used to not like post hardcore music, and I had only really liked if you could see into my soul. Now that I'm a fan of the post hardcore genre I decided to check out other songs by bands that I blew off before. I AM AN IDIOT! How did I go through life without hearing this song!
I was 80 years old when I first heard this song… now I’m 27 still rocking out to it
Haha are you Benjamin Button?
This dude resurrected
Uhh. What?
I turned back into a teen hearing this song.
At 30 I'm still jamming to this theory new stuff is great but I love this energy

LOVE this song
My all time favorite!
I find it remarkable that you're able to consistently hit every lyric on this song (minus MAYBE the last screamo bit at the end before "you smile").
I used to play this song over & over, 14 years old, singing my absolute heart out like I knew what it meant. Now here I am, 27 years old, heart broken, life in shambles, & now I actually get it. This shit hit too close to home for me today.
All this music from back in the day makes far more sense or is far more relatable to us as adults than when we were teenagers.
I love punk rock songs,,mabuhay Ang rock song!!
