    Dude, just got mine in yesterday. It's freaking huge. Larger than the one i got last year from my local butcher, about the same price. I did a mustard rub last year I will try your butter rub on this guy. I'd like to serve bone in though. Savages all around me. -) Thanks! (PS i want to work in your kitchen)

    Used to work for BB and y’all aren’t taking off like you swore you would’ve. It’s stagnant. Also everyone, the meat is not as special as advertised. It’s CAREFULLY worded to be legally labeled as is. It’s not bad. Nothing special. Is really slimy, rushed etc. they’ll paint photos of animals in green pastures and free ranging chickens in grass. Look up what little qualifications are needed in order to be able to advertise and label not so ethical and special meat as ethical and special. The chickens are simply able to walk slightly more than traditional factory farmed. They are not outside they aren’t getting fresh grass and bountiful bugs. At most they get a window or small flat dirt pen. I could go on and on. Don’t be fooled.

    It’s over priced
