  • Anyone that you talk to that has visited Africa talks about going back. There is something that keeps drawing them back and wanting to experience it over and over. I think I figured out, in part, what that is. It is people like Rumano and Robert that do everything they can to make sure that you have a great experience. Every time that we made a good stalk on an animal, Rumano congratulated me and celebrated. All too often, hunting can become transactional and routine. Rumano and the staff of RDB Safaris celebrate and are truly excited for you. Enthusiasm is contagious, and it forces you to stop and enjoy the moment instead of moving on to the next thing. Through all the highs and lows, the staff at RDB Safaris become like family.
Rumano said it best “Every client is family. You leave here, and you are family. It doesn’t matter if ten years have gone by, you don’t forget your family. When you are part of a family, you want to spend time with them and see them again. That is why people come back.”

Excellent production quality. Also, the behind hunter shot perspective made me feel like I was there.

I've been on 3 African safaris. Really can't understand why you didn't rezero your scope at the first sign of an issue. You owe it to yourself and the animal. Looks like a great outfitter to hunt with.

I thought I pulled the shot. I didn't realize something was wrong until the next stalk.

I was thinking the same thing. Not sure why a guy would need 4 shots on a wildebeest at that distance either. All the money in the world won't buy shot placement.

@@claytonbruner1808 I didn't need 4 shots, but it was close to the tree line. It would have gone down after the first shot. Better safe than sorry. If you look at the article and the photos at the bottom, you will see the shot placement. All 4 shots were hits. We were trying to avoid showing the bullet wounds in the video. internationalsportsman.com/south-africa-plains-game-hunt-rdb-safaris/
