Sowetimes watching a movie in bed you’ve already seen a million times helps with that. I always fall asleep halfway through. Breathing exercises also help me sometimes 👍🏻

HDR allows you to upload >720p in 60 fps?

I record in 4k mode with my iPhone 14. I adjusted my settings that way on purpose and once I edit and save the video I can do it on 60 fps with HDR :)

@@effveeASMR thats very interesting, 360p and 480p in 60 fps would be good for retro gaming ... but youtube rarely allows 60 fps on SD videos so i was really surprised you pulled it off 😊

@@SenkoVT I had to do a lot of research when I originally started my channel. Before upgrading to the iPhone 14 I was still using the 8 and didn’t know it could record in 4k 😂 It took some trial and error and it worked out!
