Just wanted to ask when will the flyovers near Mahipalpur which we need to take while coming from Dhaula Kuan and going to Dwarka side and other one taking us towards cybercity from Dwarka be operational?

Prakhar Ji NE4 means National Expressway 4 which is the number given to Delhi Mumbai Expressway. That us why it is mentioned only on the direction boards of Delhi Mumbai Expressway.

Delhi Mumbai Expressway is designated as NE 4 (National Expressway Number 4). NH is National Highway. Same way for national water ways the designation is NW.

NE means National Expressway, NE4 stands for Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. It is not related to number of lanes

It would be so naive if everyday commuters will b paying toll if there is a toll being planned! Plus while on the road near yahobhumi metro the manholes are not layered with the road level. is it true that that they are launching by 26 feb. Plus the band road that connects underpass road to dwarka express way is being closed again by JCB saying that road is M3M's pvt road

What is the purpose of underground subway across Dwarka X-way border line connecting Bandh roads at both ends?
Consider it as existing bund road only. It's of no use but it has to be made.
Delhi Mumbai express way is number 4, National Expressway 4 I.e. NE4, likewise Delhi To Meerut is NE-3 etc

NE 04 is National Expressway 04. Not 4 lane riad. दिल्ली मेरठ Expressway is NE03. It is also 4 lane Expressway.
Sir NE 4 is National Expressway 4. Delhi-Mumbai is NE-4. Mumbai-Pune NE, Ahmedabad-Vadodra NE-1.

Thanks for great video, as usual. However, if PMO watches this video, they may not allow inauguration. I don't see any urgency to complete package 2 work. Only possibility could be to open Kapashera - Nazafgarh flyover and allow traffic on service roads of DXP after Toll area towards Delhi. Just in order to inaugurate before election.
MCD will start collecting entry fee from Day1. Hope till end of year private vehicles will be exempted

log toll bachane ke chakkar mae ya toh Bajghera wale route se jaega ya phir Palam Vihar wali side se jaege....which will lead to traffic jams in these areas

Butterfly loop has taken way too long time to reach it's present state
I agree with you. Butterfly loop 2 was delayed as Delhi Transport Department didn't wanted to give land and created dispute.
Prakhar Bhai you are making detailed videos explaining everything but showing on positive sides of it.
There are so many issues of mismanagement by contractors, one bad example sharing here that I was at this spot below flyover in the last week and PCC was thrown directly on uncompacted soil. Work is in so fast pace for last one month to meet the deadline that all the quality check are kept aside
Sir, when you see such issues pls record video or take pictures and log complaint under NHAI using pgportal.gov.in that will help all of us.
