And no, silly teenagers didn't make up this claim. Renowned artistes, among them Ne-Yo, Jay-Z, Christina Aguilera etc. have all acknowledged this fact. Plus, Minaj was nominated for 3 Grammys in her breakthrough year and Grammy nominations are decided based on raw talent, not fame and success.
