Just a few comments though; I believe leaves are green because the chlorophyll does NOT absorb green wavelengths; also, the young cedar "thorns" are really 'spines' as they are derived from leaves, as opposed to thorns being derived from shoots; in roses, for example, because they are derived from the dermal tissue, what we call "thorns" are actually "prickles"... someone check me on this... thanx again!

I wonder why she keeps mentioning Irish potatoes as if that variety has properties other potato varieties don't? I hope she doesn't think potatoes are from Ireland!
