We do estate planning. We do probate. And we do it well.
Our firm rests on three core pillars:
1. Family protection
2. Elimination of barriers to entry (we make it easy for you)
3. Estate tax reduction/elimination
If you need estate planning or probate help, we should talk.

@@CMSLawFirmLLC Can I take life insurance out for my 22 year old daughter in a vegetative state?
@@calicornnor6892 you'd have to talk to a life insurance carrier and see if they will insure. I don't know the answer to that...
Hi, I have a loan that I have been interest on through the years. It was a title loan at the time. Because of being laid off because of COVID-19, I was able to refinance and got my title back. I was asked and told if I named a beneficiary, They would receive the money, meaning the interest accrued . Is that true?
I need to talk to you. Asap. I watched a lot of informative videos your demeanor struck me and has my attention. Will you reply and I will follow your directions how to proceed. Mark
PS I appreciated the cadence of how you said "...we do probate, we do it well."
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I literally just saw this comment.
If you are in WA state I'd be happy to chat (if in another state you should reach out to someone there). cmslawfirm.com/estateplanningstrategysession will get you to the right place.
What if my mother passed away 19 years ago and our grandmother told me there was an unclaimed life insurance my mom had? I don’t know if there actually is a life insurance fund myself and brother are entitled to or not but how would I find out? I was just a kid when it all happened.
Google "life insurance policy search" - there are platforms that will search for you.
What if a parent has a trust and leaves life insurance and IRA and company shares out of trust and only leaves house in trust. House is to split 50/50. The accounts out of the trust it’s only me, but the sibling knows of accounts and assuming they get half of those. Can she sue me because she thought those were in the trust to be shared? I hate conflict and feel bad she knows about these accounts, but what’s mine is mine?
I have a question my mom died recently and she had a life insurance plan she told me about it a lot even the day before she died but my sister is the beneficiary and she is not talking about it at all it has been 3 weeks do I get half or its just up to her plz help me out
Whoever is the beneficiary gets the money.
Thank you
@@bigc4991 you're welcome!
i was married for 6 years my husband got COVD and was going to die. His son a day later made himself POA 2 days later removed me the wife and made himself and his sister beneficiary. We went to court the judge ordered my husband to reinstate me as beneficiary 100%. My husband just died to months ago now his family are fighting me the filed an RFO to the court to haven me removed as beneficiary, What will the judge do!
Wouldn’t the grandparents adult 4 kids give that money back to the kids the money was intended for, knowing it was theirs to begin with?
You would think. But when people get money they do interesting things...
Crazy
I agree 100%.
