Resolved the scanner error 13 in the HP laserjet printer. When we were working with the HP laser printer, we saw that there is a scanner error 13, because of this, what is happening is that printouts and other things are not done in the printer, so today after diagnosis we saw that it was due to the moisture on the printer cables. Is the only thing that happens in it and it gets disconnected because of the cable disconnected with the printer logic board.
After change the scanner cable printer is ready now.
