Webinar: “Direct Air Capture of CO2”, by EsadeGeo and Repsol Foundation

Follow this live session “Technologies of the energy transition: Direct Air Capture of CO2", the first of a new webinar series to delve into some of the lesser-known technologies related to the energy transition, focusing on those that may contribute to the decarbonization of some of the most challenging sectors.
With Dr. Julio Friedmann of Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy, a leading world expert on carbon management, we will dive deep into the technologies of Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) and Direct Air Capture (DAC), which extract carbon dioxide - the main greenhouse gas - either directly from the skies, or from the industrial sites where it is produced. Jordi Pedrola, senior scientist at Repsol Technology Lab, will provide an introduction to these technologies.
