Look like Apople wanted us to get the latest Iphone... This time not the battery. but to slow your screen refresh rate down.

It should not be lagging. I agree with others that it seems intentional. It wasn’t lagging until the 17 update

Literally iPhone 12 mini is snappy and even feels like refresh rate is like 90-120hz, my iPhone 15 feels like it came out of the swamp.
