For Boiled Rice:-
1. 1 Tsp salt
2. ½ Tsp lemon Juice
3. ½ Tsp Ghee
4. 1 ½ Cup Soaked Basmati rice
For Row Salsa:-
1. 1 Cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
2. 1 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
3. 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
4. 1 Tsp Salt
5. ½ Tsp Black pepper Powder
6. ½ Tsp Oregano
7. ½ Tsp Chilly Flakes
8. 1 Chopped Green Chilly
9. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
For Hung Curd:-
1. 1 Cup Hung curd (Warm)
2. 1 Tbsp Malai
3. ½ Tsp Salt
4. ½ Tsp black pepper Powder
5. ½ Tsp lemon Juice
For Kidney beans Stuffing:-
1. 1 Tbsp Oil
2. 2 Tbsp finely Chopped Capsicum
3. ½ Tsp Chilly Flakes
4. ½ Tsp Oregano
5. 1 Cup Finely Chopped tomatoes
6. ½ Tsp Salt
7. ½ Tsp Black pepper powder
8. ½ Cup Kidney beans (Boiled)
9. 1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
10. 1 Tbsp Tomato sauce
11. Chopped Coriander Leaves
12. 2 Tbsp Water
Mexican Rice:-
1. 1 Tbsp Butter
2. ¼ Cup Chopped green Capsicum
3. ¼ Cup Chopped Yellow Capsicum
4. ¼ Cup Chopped red Capsicum
5. ½ Cup Boiled Sweet corn
6. 1 Tsp Salt
7. ½ Tsp Chilly Flakes
8. 1/2 Tsp Origano
9. ½ Tsp Black pepper Powder
10. 1 Tbsp Tomato sauce
11. Chopped Coriander leaves
12. Nachos Chips

Tried this recipe and it was really tasty. A few suggestions, in the dry salsa you can add a tbsp of ketchup and mash the tomatoes with spoon to convert to wet salsa. For sour cream, it is preferable to use store bought curd instead of home curd as home curd has a peculiar taste. You can also make crispy sautéed bell peppers in oil, salt and pepper and add it as fajita veggies. In case you have avocado then make guacamole and add it for yummmy taste.

I would avoid tomato ketchup up completely as it would ruin the wholesome of the homemade meal. Otherwise nice recipe!

just heat by double boiler system mean put curd bowl in hot water and heat not for more time.

direct bhi kar skte hai ya fir double boiler se mean in garam pani me thoda garam hone tak karna hai.
Dwidal na how isliye garam karna hai. You can put in pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles . Consistency may change. You can search in google also. Shravika ni rasoi channel for detailed information
