Late onset elavered diastolic flow in MCA with normal umbilical artery flow .
Late onset brain sparing

We are supposed to look at MCA flow if Umb artery Doppler is abnormal after 32 weeks right?
AREDV in umbilical artery before 32 weeks must be followed by ductus venosus Doppler?
