    Great connections between normal histology, abnormal, and the ensuing pathology. Particularly fascinating is the aberrant fertilization and consequences. You mentioned one cause of preeclampsia but you could also discuss eclampsia with systemic hypertension. A lot of unknowns (as far as I know).

    What are considered high HCG levels indicative of GTD? If they plateau for a week in low 40's can GTD still be a cause if there are no other symptoms? Thank you!
