I moved into a cute neighborhood in Phoenix. No crime. Middle class. The city built a LOW INCOME development in the vacant field next door. Need I say more? And it happened immediately. I had to sell at a loss. Instead of getting all politically correct on me here think about it! There’s being nice and there’s the reality. Especially in California as we have no laws here prosecuting criminals. This is what happens when everyone wants to “help” others. Look at what happened to Watts Los Angeles. Low income development for blacks built in the 1960s. Looked like a bomb went off in less than a year!
