New born babies should be kept in warm environment only . Otherwise they will loose more weight to generate warmth in the body.. please keep baby in warm and feed more.. this is the only solution

You supposed not to give 3 weeks old baby a water. it can harm the baby. But I have some tips for u how to increase milk supply. my baby is now 5 months and I had low milk supply. I tried to pump and I didn’t had that much. So i had to give my baby formula + breastmilk. I just gave up and I thought i will never gonna have enough milk for my baby. I was very disappointed on my self. I googled and watched many videos of how to increase milk supply😔 it didn’t worked. When my baby was 3 months she started to sleep trough night and I also started to sleep better. When my baby was 4 months she wanted to sleep from almost 07.00 and was waking up early in the morning 07.00. I also had to wake up early. And this changed the whole game. How? let me tell how. I had to wake up early right, I also had to sleep early and had to eat early in the morning. I got too much time to make food and eat. So before I didn’t had enough milk because I was not eating enough food trough the day also the night. My body could not make enough milk obviously because I wasn’t eating enough and not sleeping enough. At that moment I didn’t know. So I started to look who much i was eating, so my body could make a milk. I also bought a big bottle, and it was 2 litter bottle. So I started to drink at least 4 liter of water a day or mybe more. Then my baby became happier and me too. So please do not underestimate the power of food, water and sleep. I also stressed muself because I wasn’t not making enough milk for my baby, so obviously it affected me. i know its difficult to sleep when u have a newborn. Please try to sleep every time your baby sleeps. If all that does not work. You can start to give your baby a formula both u and the baby will be happier.

Water does not actually have minerals to adhere to you. There is such a thing as hyponatremia. Many young ppl are dying from it. It is water toxicity. Water is nothing . Minerals is essential for life. Water without minerals is garbage.
Why 4 or 5 layers holy shit. Even I know not to over dress my son. He gets fussy when he gets hot. Just a sweat shirt some sweats and thin socks for a baby should do it.

Plz check with doc as those crystals are usually released from the diaper. Nothing to worry, You can google it also.

They said me dont give breastfeed directly.... Give him mother milk with spoon. What should I do now?
U can expressed ur milk nd give him ur expressed mill...at regular intervals...after every 1....1.5 hr.
This is a dilemma. I think keep him in mildly warm place but keep giving him fluids and milk for the dehydration

My baby facing dehydration , she sweats alot , but due to winter I put 4_5 layers of clothes , why to do , now she is on medication for treatment
Buy room temperature monitor and according to the temperature use clothes
