Sis on my dayum authentic key clay my chain came tf off and then it has a small slit in the dayum canvas and the inside where it’s glued down is coming apart wtf bro???!!!!!!! I’ve only had it since 2019 and tht some bs!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I’m calling LV cause for the price for tht small small slg it should look like new because I HAVE NOT CARRIED IT THT MANY TIMES!!! I switch out too dayum much for it too look like I’ve had it for 20 plus years shit!!!!!!

Yesssss I agree with all of the LV complaints and they are so full of shit when it comes to repairs or replacements. Like you I got my trifecta key pouches in 2019 & 2020 and 2 of em are ruined! Never got them wet or any kind of damage but one day I pulled them out my SLG drawer and they smelled like ass and titties after being outside in the middle of June! I was livid!!!! I sent pics & a description via email and LV basically told me to kiss their ass! No way in hell I’m paying current prices for that little ass pouch that damaged itself that quick. Fuck no. Idk what their quality issue is but there’s no way my practically brand new items should have turned out like that. Like you I barely used them and actually hadn’t used them in awhile. My house stay clean and smells delicious so this shit is just unacceptable! I sorry you have a damaged piece too boo 😢
