And then the rejection will stop to buy boxes and other things from 70% of the players, because the last maneuvers were a picture of cheating and what WOT has become, if you want to beat the cheaters, buy a mod for aiming, critical hit, hacking the map, laser, etc... IN BRIEF, YOU HAVE TO CHEAT IN WOT TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH CHEATERS AND CURRENTLY EVERY 10-12 PLAYERS CHEAT AND EVERY DAY THEY ARE INCREASING.
Its just full on luck. I got all the new tanks in 105 boxes. in the remaining 55 i had i got a good number of duplicates that turned to gold. 160 boxes i got 22 tanks, 109 days of prem, 75k gold
PLEASE NOTE. the average gold per box gets distorted the more boxes you open due to the compensation, if your only opening 20-100 boxes don't expect super large amounts of gold in the end.
So many aren't aware of this point, and then just make the sweeping generalisation that boxes are best for gold. That ONLY applies in large quantities. If buying an average amount, you will most likely get less gold than just buying direct.
I would like to point out at 2:30 this isn't necessarily WG being nice (it could be that too) it's just a legal requirement now that the odds of these lootboxes must be shown

In 160 boxes (2x80) I got the Toro, DZT 159, VZ68 Squall, XM57, FV 226 Contra.., SU 100I, PZ 38K, Ho-Ni, M3A3 and AMR P.103. Got 14 tanks compensated for gold, 6 3D styles, 8 3D attachments (7 rare, 1 epic), 60 decorations, 116 days of prem.., 60650 gold, 10.900.000 credits and 32.000 resources.
I got the Contradictious and the Toro from 108 boxes. Beside these, the Centurion skin, the Grille skin from this year, the AE Phase one and the GW E100 from last year which are above the usual, roll again drop. So yeah, I don't know how this thing works, but there is no equality, that is for sure.
Yeah, there's NO WAY that those 3D attachments have the drop rates that they mention... Also, without the bad luck prevention, you could easily open 200 boxes and get NO high tier premium tank. I would know, happened to me in 2019 and I stopped buying lootboxes for 2 years after lol.

19:56 asking if you can get the 3D attachments once. They answered that in the release video. You get them each once until you collect them all then it resets and you can get them again until you get them all.
Definitely balanced my luck from last year with this year with 252 boxes bought: Styles: 180 boxes for all Lower tier: 25 boxes for all and total of 32 lower tier tanks Higher tier: only guaranteed 3D attach: 13 total - 3 epic - 1 legendary 168 days of prem 104.500 gold 16.900.000 credits
Got 160 Boxes and did get the DZT-159, Contradictious and Squall. Together with all 3D styles, 65k Gold, 100+ Days Premium and ~20 Mio Credits. First T8 was after ~30 Boxes, the rest via the pity system.
I'm starting to believe you're simply best off with buying only 75 or 80 boxes and see what's up. Most people I heard of got 3 or 4 tanks in those 80 boxes. While you and I opened 160 and get to experience the pity system lol.

In case anyone is curious on how you know you get anything good in the boxes: instead of being a gold color background, it will instead be a blue color on opening. The blue color doesn’t show for the lower tier prems you get, but styles and tanks that I’ve noticed do when you have the animation shown
Few years ago, before the resources, I managed to fill out all the Tier V decorations with only free boxes, not a single euro spent. It was a good challange, I liked it.
Same here friend, I’m not spending 100+ euros on this game and that’s needed to get the most rewards (golf from duplicates). I already have the premium tanks I want and id much rather save the 20-40 euros u’d waste on some boxes for other things! It gets worth it around the 150 eu mark and I’m not spending that on pixels
Lunar and magic boxes netted me best gold for the buck yet most of the drops were gained from the New Years boxes. I bought the max set of boxes. Your mileage may vary but since the inception of the mechanic I can confirm that the lunar and magic boxes are where its at.

I also watch DezGames and he essentially only got the high tier premiums on the guaranteed rolls besides one, which is still 6 out of 300 boxes. Conversely, I was stupid enough to buy 160 boxes and i got all 5 high tier premiums plus compensation for a second Squall.

2022 I bought about 30 dollars worth of boxes and got the FV4005 train style and the BZ-176. Was all I wanted. I think the odds are bad but it's just a matter of being lucky.

To add to the overall stats. My 160 boxes yielded 21x tanks (4/5 new ones [missed Contradictus] and 11 repeats), 6x 3d styles, 9x attachments [2 legendary], 146x Premium days, 60,400 gold and 9,700,000 credits. Happy enough for the tank pulls but seemed a little unlucky at times. Took 25+ boxes til I hit my first tank.
As I was only 19 boxes from getting the Contradictus for sure, I talked myself into getting 11 more boxes. Got the Contradictus on box 10 (whew!), got an additional 5450 in gold (including 3 re-pull small tanks), 500,000 credits and 2 more days. That brings my 2024 pull of 171 boxes to all the new tanks (with 14 repeats), 6x 3d styles, 9 attachments [2 legendary], 148x premium days, 65,950 gold and 10,200,000 credits. Your mileage may vary.

Christmas event is what me and my best friend look forward to each year. We buy boxes for each other and then open them together. Its always so much fun, and I'm grateful that the two of us have a lot of good memories from the Holiday Ops over the years. I do have to say though... not a fan of the aesthetic from this years Holiday Ops. I feel like the town just doesn't look as appealing as it has in the past. Maybe its just me thinking that though.
I got quite lucky in mine. Spent money on the 80 box bundle and got all of the tanks +29500 gold. Got another 20 and got duplicate squall twice, and the XM57 again. Finished with 60k gold and all the tanks.
Well, I bought 75 boxes. I got all the lower tier tanks, 5 of the 3D styles, a few of the 3D attachments, 34000 gold, 49 days of premium. But I only got the one high tier tank, the XM57. So, I am pretty cheesed off about that.

Every year I would buy 75 boxes, and I don't think I ever got all the top tier premiums in those 75 boxes. Its too much temptation to buy more.

I got incredible lucky this year in regards to my boxes. I came back to the game a few days ago for my bi-yearly fixation with the game and decided to buy 80 boxes. I got all 5 of the high tier premiums before my 60th box, leaving me with 20 boxes. I then got incredibly lucky again and got the contradictious 2 more times for a massive gold exchange becuase it was duplicates. I only got one of the new legendary attachments but personally I don't care for that stuff as much. So for me, I got exactly what I wanted out of what I wanted to pay, I wish everyone got this kind of luck but thats just how RNG can be sometimes
I will say that luck seems quite high this year, only bought the 80 pack but got four of the high tiers myself. Best luck ive had from what I can remember.
CC rng is nice on these. I got nothing out of my 28 boxes I bought. The gold value balanced out so not the end of the world but it’s wild to see how many you got early
WoT is (unofficially) a pay to win game. If you have ever thought of spending money on the game, this is the time to do it. If you take the money, you would spend for one year of premium and apply it to boxes. You should make enough premium time and gold to last you a year with gaining premium tanks as a bonus and other loot. I purchased 104 boxes. Gained all 5 high tier premiums and 7 lower tier. I doubled up on some of the lower tier and they compensate you with gold. It’s a good deal. Rock on Tankers 🤘😎
I disagree. I play for free on my 2nd account and I do perfectly well. I even have 4x t8 prem tanks from the bond shop. I have several t9 reward tanks. I have several bond equip. I have millions of credits, i shoot prem ammo if necessary and i have two t10. The game has become perfectly well playable without any money.
I was able to get all five top tier premiums with 160 boxes and about 10 boxes to spare. I didn't want to "overspend" this year and was buying 80 at a time instead of a larger batch like I did last year and then still had about 100 to open after getting all the top tier premiums. Twice I went all the way to 50 to get one, then got a second one within the next 10 boxes.
I’ve opened 150 boxes and just need the XM57 and Toro left. So really just the XM57 because I have no desire for the Toro. These loot boxes feel very different from previous years.
Bought me some 160 boxes. Got all the baby tanks, all but the Toro in biggies. Also got 63k gold, 8.8m silver & 104 days of premium, plus 4 rare 3D items and 6 of the skins.

I bought 240 boxes, which cost me about 280,-€. These boxes gave me over 100k gold, which is more than I would get for 280,-€ and I got all new tanks in addition, plus lots of 'stuff'.

Then I had to purchase 25 more (since I had the guaranteed tank after 20 more boxes), and boom: first box got me the DZT. There's no way those drop rates are real, or the chances are random. They're not even pseudo-random. Meanwhile, my friend opens his lootboxes next and he gets it in the first 10 boxes or so. Nice meme.

I purchased 80 boxes and my VERY FIRST BOX was a DZT-159!!! Unfortunately, I only received one more T8/9 in the remaining boxes, which was a Toro! At least they were both T9, I suppose. Other items I got in the 80 boxes included 3D styles: 3, Gold: 30K, Credits: 4.6M, Premium: 42 d, 3D attachments: 6, Vehicles (incl. the two T9): 13. Not terrible but was hoping for more!
In my first 80 boxes, pulling 5 at a time, I got two of the new high tier premiums BACK TO BACK TWICE. (And by that I mean I opened 5 boxes got two tanks, 5 boxes got two tanks) First I got the Cont + BZ Then the Toro +XM Got the squall later. Absolutely bonkers pulls
I paid for 100 boxes up front. Shocker! I got three of the new tanks within the first 25 boxes. I got a total of seven new tanks (Gold for duplicates, of course).
I think QB should consider his audience. People who are _paying_ for the game instead of earning on it would totally welcome the premium days. People who are usually not paying, even more.
Are you keeping track of other player's results, to get a wider sample size of drop chances? I just filmed myself (quickly, no commentary) opening 240 boxes on OBS if that's valuable to you at all. Long story short; I'm not disappointed, and was getting duplicate tanks about half way through. Didn't get all the 3d attachments, but I didn't really care about those anyway. I think my value per box was pretty similar to yours.
A 5% drop chance doesn't mean you should get something with in twenty openings, just for everyone's information. It takes closer to 60 openings for the odds to get something to be at '100 percent'. So the 'worst case' odds to collect every 3D style, at 5%, are much... much... worse than getting them all in '120'.
It's a floating buoy for snorkel intake. When I was active duty I had mixed feels about a vehicle with snorkels at/above roof line..... knowing I would likely drown long before water got that high...
In the trailer they mentioned you can get multiples of each 3D attachment but you will recieve one of each attachment before you start getting multiples.
Took me 160 box bundle to get everything. Every tank (including a couple compensations) every 3D style and attachment. My worst rng so far. Usually I get every tank from about 100 boxes.
Short answer: Yes + getting drunk with mates and peer pressuring each other to buy more boxes and open them on stream haha

I bought 12 boxes ($32.60 AUD) and got the Contradictious after I think it was 3 or 4 boxes, very happy with this outcome.
For another reference there was another CC that opened 300 boxes and got 0 legendary attachments.
They seem to be incredibly rare.
I opened 185 boxes and I only got the metal shark as legendary, so yeah...

First T8 was after ~30 Boxes, the rest via the pity system.
I'm starting to believe you're simply best off with buying only 75 or 80 boxes and see what's up. Most people I heard of got 3 or 4 tanks in those 80 boxes. While you and I opened 160 and get to experience the pity system lol.
Since you asked, the thing on the back of the m53/55 is basically a bobber, it floats on top of the water to allow the tank to breath.

In case anyone is curious on how you know you get anything good in the boxes: instead of being a gold color background, it will instead be a blue color on opening. The blue color doesn’t show for the lower tier prems you get, but styles and tanks that I’ve noticed do when you have the animation shown

Few years ago, before the resources, I managed to fill out all the Tier V decorations with only free boxes, not a single euro spent. It was a good challange, I liked it.
Same here friend, I’m not spending 100+ euros on this game and that’s needed to get the most rewards (golf from duplicates). I already have the premium tanks I want and id much rather save the 20-40 euros u’d waste on some boxes for other things! It gets worth it around the 150 eu mark and I’m not spending that on pixels
Lunar and magic boxes netted me best gold for the buck yet most of the drops were gained from the New Years boxes. I bought the max set of boxes. Your mileage may vary but since the inception of the mechanic I can confirm that the lunar and magic boxes are where its at.
I will see some other youtubers open their loot boxes too. Happy Xmas Quacky baby. Remember all of life is a game, but one you will lose in the end.
The high amount of boxes cost too much for me. And the low amount of boxes have bad value. so i ended up buying nothing. 🤔

I also watch DezGames and he essentially only got the high tier premiums on the guaranteed rolls besides one, which is still 6 out of 300 boxes.
Conversely, I was stupid enough to buy 160 boxes and i got all 5 high tier premiums plus compensation for a second Squall.
My first 50 boxes did me very nicely also I had QB luck! 4 of 5 tanks in 50 boxes that’s never happened lol Holidays are hard but the boxes do bring a little bit of fun to them! Have a good holiday everyone
2022 I bought about 30 dollars worth of boxes and got the FV4005 train style and the BZ-176. Was all I wanted. I think the odds are bad but it's just a matter of being lucky.

Happy enough for the tank pulls but seemed a little unlucky at times. Took 25+ boxes til I hit my first tank.

As I was only 19 boxes from getting the Contradictus for sure, I talked myself into getting 11 more boxes.
Got the Contradictus on box 10 (whew!), got an additional 5450 in gold (including 3 re-pull small tanks), 500,000 credits and 2 more days.
That brings my 2024 pull of 171 boxes to all the new tanks (with 14 repeats), 6x 3d styles, 9 attachments [2 legendary], 148x premium days, 65,950 gold and 10,200,000 credits.

Christmas event is what me and my best friend look forward to each year. We buy boxes for each other and then open them together. Its always so much fun, and I'm grateful that the two of us have a lot of good memories from the Holiday Ops over the years.
I do have to say though... not a fan of the aesthetic from this years Holiday Ops. I feel like the town just doesn't look as appealing as it has in the past. Maybe its just me thinking that though.
Got all tanks and plenty of other stuff in first 80 Boxes, well worth it this year!
I got quite lucky in mine. Spent money on the 80 box bundle and got all of the tanks +29500 gold. Got another 20 and got duplicate squall twice, and the XM57 again. Finished with 60k gold and all the tanks.
Well, I bought 75 boxes. I got all the lower tier tanks, 5 of the 3D styles, a few of the 3D attachments, 34000 gold, 49 days of premium. But I only got the one high tier tank, the XM57. So, I am pretty cheesed off about that.
How much did that cost you?
@@sndr. £85.55 here in the UK. To only get one of the high tier premiums out of 75 boxes, is a complete joke. I couldn't give a hoot about 3D styles and 3D attachments.

@@sndr. I ended up buying another 28 boxes. Got the DZT and the Squall. The Squall was the one I wanted. I think they rig the first set of boxes you buy, so you don't get all the high tier premiums. Every year I would buy 75 boxes, and I don't think I ever got all the top tier premiums in those 75 boxes. Its too much temptation to buy more.
@ I feel you man same here, I wanted to buy more too after those 12 boxes but decided against it. Gold is kinda useless imo since most meta tanks are bought with real money anyway. Happy I made that decision, cuz now I got a free xm57 and like 4500 gold from the rest of the boxes. That’s a pretty good deal for 22 euros
I think I was in my late 30's when I forgot my birthday entirely. Not only did I have to be reminded by a friend that I'd forgotten, but also had to do the math to remember my own age. LOL!! Only happened that once though.

I got incredible lucky this year in regards to my boxes. I came back to the game a few days ago for my bi-yearly fixation with the game and decided to buy 80 boxes. I got all 5 of the high tier premiums before my 60th box, leaving me with 20 boxes. I then got incredibly lucky again and got the contradictious 2 more times for a massive gold exchange becuase it was duplicates. I only got one of the new legendary attachments but personally I don't care for that stuff as much. So for me, I got exactly what I wanted out of what I wanted to pay, I wish everyone got this kind of luck but thats just how RNG can be sometimes
DZT, XM & Toro, all low tier tanks, 22k gold, 7 M cr and 53 days of premium and 2 3D styles with 75 boxes.
All in all, not a bad day.

I will say that luck seems quite high this year, only bought the 80 pack but got four of the high tiers myself. Best luck ive had from what I can remember.

CC rng is nice on these. I got nothing out of my 28 boxes I bought. The gold value balanced out so not the end of the world but it’s wild to see how many you got early
WoT is (unofficially) a pay to win game. If you have ever thought of spending money on the game, this is the time to do it.
If you take the money, you would spend for one year of premium and apply it to boxes. You should make enough premium time and gold to last you a year with gaining premium tanks as a bonus and other loot.
I purchased 104 boxes. Gained all 5 high tier premiums and 7 lower tier. I doubled up on some of the lower tier and they compensate you with gold.

I disagree. I play for free on my 2nd account and I do perfectly well. I even have 4x t8 prem tanks from the bond shop. I have several t9 reward tanks. I have several bond equip. I have millions of credits, i shoot prem ammo if necessary and i have two t10.
The game has become perfectly well playable without any money.
I was able to get all five top tier premiums with 160 boxes and about 10 boxes to spare. I didn't want to "overspend" this year and was buying 80 at a time instead of a larger batch like I did last year and then still had about 100 to open after getting all the top tier premiums. Twice I went all the way to 50 to get one, then got a second one within the next 10 boxes.
I’ve opened 150 boxes and just need the XM57 and Toro left. So really just the XM57 because I have no desire for the Toro. These loot boxes feel very different from previous years.
Bought me some 160 boxes. Got all the baby tanks, all but the Toro in biggies. Also got 63k gold, 8.8m silver & 104 days of premium, plus 4 rare 3D items and 6 of the skins.
I got extremely lucky with my boxes this year. I got all 5 tanks in my first 60 boxes! woot!!
I almost had the same luck this year. 103k gold in 160 boxes, 9x high tier tank, all styles and attachments.

I grabbed the 28 box bundle, all I'll be getting this year. Got the Toro on the second box, and a boatload of gold and credits. I'm happy with it.
I bought 240 boxes, which cost me about 280,-€. These boxes gave me over 100k gold, which is more than I would get for 280,-€ and I got all new tanks in addition, plus lots of 'stuff'.
From 92 boxes this morning i got all tanks (Squal twice), 44k gold, 40 days premium, 3 styles and 2 purple attachments, so quite good i would say

DZT 159 is the best medium premium tier IX, and one of the best, if not the best IX premium.
@@Perogrullo Probably the best tier IX premium indeed. Funny story: it was the ONLY thing I wanted out of the boxes. Guess what? After 160 boxes, I have received all tanks BUT the DZT... What a joke. Then I had to purchase 25 more (since I had the guaranteed tank after 20 more boxes), and boom: first box got me the DZT. There's no way those drop rates are real, or the chances are random. They're not even pseudo-random. Meanwhile, my friend opens his lootboxes next and he gets it in the first 10 boxes or so. Nice meme.

I purchased 80 boxes and my VERY FIRST BOX was a DZT-159!!! Unfortunately, I only received one more T8/9 in the remaining boxes, which was a Toro! At least they were both T9, I suppose. Other items I got in the 80 boxes included 3D styles: 3, Gold: 30K, Credits: 4.6M, Premium: 42 d, 3D attachments: 6, Vehicles (incl. the two T9): 13. Not terrible but was hoping for more!
In my first 80 boxes, pulling 5 at a time, I got two of the new high tier premiums BACK TO BACK TWICE. (And by that I mean I opened 5 boxes got two tanks, 5 boxes got two tanks)
First I got the Cont + BZ
Then the Toro +XM
Got the squall later. Absolutely bonkers pulls
I paid for 100 boxes up front. Shocker! I got three of the new tanks within the first 25 boxes. I got a total of seven new tanks (Gold for duplicates, of course).

Are you keeping track of other player's results, to get a wider sample size of drop chances? I just filmed myself (quickly, no commentary) opening 240 boxes on OBS if that's valuable to you at all.
Long story short; I'm not disappointed, and was getting duplicate tanks about half way through. Didn't get all the 3d attachments, but I didn't really care about those anyway. I think my value per box was pretty similar to yours.

I think the thing on the back of the M53/55 I think is the float for the snorkel as the tank traverses the river bed.
A 5% drop chance doesn't mean you should get something with in twenty openings, just for everyone's information. It takes closer to 60 openings for the odds to get something to be at '100 percent'.
So the 'worst case' odds to collect every 3D style, at 5%, are much... much... worse than getting them all in '120'.

It's a floating buoy for snorkel intake. When I was active duty I had mixed feels about a vehicle with snorkels at/above roof line..... knowing I would likely drown long before water got that high...
In the trailer they mentioned you can get multiples of each 3D attachment but you will recieve one of each attachment before you start getting multiples.
Took me 160 box bundle to get everything. Every tank (including a couple compensations) every 3D style and attachment. My worst rng so far. Usually I get every tank from about 100 boxes.
Just bought 3 boxes and in my second one I got the Contradictius
