- Hey! After 2 days dam was rebuilt :) I wanted to clean it more than before. I bought chest wader, so the result seems different. It's very comfortable BTW. Any dirt around after removal:) Happy with this purchase :)

Thank you sir for what you are doing.
I love watching the water rush out when you clear the mess. It's like hey we are free to flow again thanks to this hard working man.
Welcome ;)
There is something very satisfying about getting dammed-up water to flow, and it's also very satisfying to watch you do it! When I was a kid, in the spring there was a roadside ditch that would flood the road when snow melted, and I enjoyed directing the water off the road and opening up the ditch.
My thoughts exactly. Building dams as a kid was fun then taking them apart was just as much fun!
You're right. It is satisfying to watch Kenislovas do it. Work generally is fascinating. I can watch somebody else do it for hours. I wonder where his pickaxe went. Maybe he hadn't received it at time of vid. Sometimes it doesn't seem a great tool, but others, 3 good hacks and the dam is history.
I enjoy your beaver dam videos because you break them down the old fashion way - by hand and potato rake.
Well. That was amazingly gratifying.
Thank you, been watching quite a few videos this tops it for me,the thousands of gallons of water released in the first hour wow...just seeing the water line fall so fast was an eye opener..here in the UK they've released beavers pairs in the last year I know where but I wouldn't want them harmed or eaten.....
Thanks for showing the stream for a second at the very end. Myself and others would love to see a quick peek at the stream when things are fully rushing as well. Great video, subscribed
Yeah I loved the original placement of the video where we could see the whole view 👍🏻
Good work, well done. Also peaceful and pleasant to watch without to much nonsensical unnecessary talking.
Great video! A little advise: be careful of your surroundings while wearing this style of waders. "IF" they fill with water b/c of a fall or any incident, the weight of the water will not allow you to surface until you can remove the waders which is very difficult in a panic situation. I just wanted to let you know from experience, and due to knowing those who've lost their lives b/c of just such an incident. *Take care Mantas and God bless.*
Hi Mantas, just to reinforce Dan's point, please be very careful with those type of waders, I had two friends drown wearing them, one got knocked down by a wave on a beach and the other walked into a hole in a river bed. I got rid of mine and wore thigh-length ones instead. Happy dam busting!
@@baconsoda // Ditto; a good pair of "hip boots" would work well in most situations.
Thank You mate! I will take care!
Will try to do not go there where water level is over head!
Everyone knows that you should put a hole in the feet of them in case that does happen so the water drains out. Just like if you get a hole in the bottom of your boat, you drill another hole in the bottom to let that water out so you don't sink. 😁😄😂
I enjoy seeing the water down as the result of your hard work
I have to admit that your the best beaver dam buster on u-tube. You don't need any machine to do the work,, you and that rake are a machine. Take care..
omg :DD
🇳🇱So I think you can keep your feet dry now have fun with this suit Greetings from the Netherlands Hans👍👍🍀
Why do these dams get removed - surely the water once filled will flow over the top and carry on downstream? Nice for wildlife and fish etc - and the beavers. just curious as I live in the UK now from Zimbabwe where we had no beavers.
Standing water kills trees by smothering roots. Beavers are very destructive to trees in both what they cut down to eat as well as what they kill by flooding.
One question why remove it?
Keep building beavers!
LOL 😂 ya...
How peaceful it sounds.
It is amazing how fast the beavers can build stuff. Now you are a marked man, being watched by angry beavers.
Sometimes I'm thinking if some beaver would come under water during removal, and bite my leg :D
Same with post 10 he is wanted by the beavers
A great dam dismantling. Your the best Mantas!
And for the algorithm, oddly satisfying 😁
The most satisfying video you've made yet. Didn't need commentary it was a feast for the eyes.
Very good job, great video once again
You look like a professional now ! 👍
I like watching the way you go about tearing down to there dam. I would love one day to see a Beaver Lodge before you tear a down a dam and a couple of days later so I can get a better idea of how much water go through ty
Best video so far!! I love that you find all these dams!!
Word of advise: toss the sticks and debris on the side of the rode, and when your finished bbreaking down the barrier, pick up the sticks and take them far away, so the beavers have a hard time finding what they used before.
According to Post10, beavers don’t recycle. 😬
beavers dont use waterlogged wood as building material.
if you take down a dam the beavers will cut down new trees and branches and ignor the old stuff entirely.
We all learn something new everyday. God made beavers really smart.
We are delighted to see the way you broke down the dam, it was great to see the river brought down to the proper level. I am sure the chest waders will make your job a bit more pleasant!
Would have been nice if the camera could have panned down stream of the breach to see progress of the stream
Dynamite in order here. 🧨💥👍
Great job that was a good sized dam
An amazing amount of water! I love the sound!
it's great when you buy something & it's worth the money. even better when you are comfortable using it.seeing the dam wall flex when you were pulling on it was different. i don't usually see that
👍👍‼️‼️🦫🦫🦫
I love the sound of that rushing water.
Wow...you work super fast
I’m glad you got the right stuff! Ya!
Perfect suit for this type of job sir!
Fantastic job.
Love your videos, some of the best out there.
Such a beautiful water fall.
That is so cool to watch the water level go down
Enjoyed the time lapse of the water level going down.
And when there's that amount of water prasher Lat it dran and great videos
DAM that's a lot of water.
Lots n lots of grass in that one.excelent video
My fav kind of dam break. Great job!
Beaver 🦫 came back home and said ooooh Dam!
Love the sound of running water
Wow new waders, gloves and a haircut!!! And you had your rake. Thanks child
SPY :)) Thank You!
Keep on doing what you do And you might want to get a garden ho to brake a big bevver dam like that and be careful out there
Good job there buddy. Works better if your rack had a spade like handle grip. Cheers
great video. i find it interesting how much grass the beavers in your area use while beavers in other parts ive seen use only sticks and mud, totally ignoring nearby mud. it makes me wonder if areas with more clay in the soil can use less filler, while sandy or loose topsoil areas might need grass and leaves to get the mud to stay in place.
There are a lot of grass in this area. It works well and easy to bring. Why not :)
Great job 👍
Mrs. Bucky Beaver: Bucky, Do I hear running water?
Mr. Bucky Beaver: Honey, hold my beer!
When ever I've been involved in this or those openings I've seen the results of the Dam's Wood was either removed or destroyed with explosives!
Of course the woods very combustible for the fireplace/stove ;)
Hi! Any explosives is not aloud here....
@@Kenislovas Dynamiting Beaver Dams is done by the Provincial Gov in dry season to get the water unfortunately but my main point was if you leave the wood there they'll just reuse it & as you've pointed out very quickly too!
Your good looking chest wader must have made a difference! This dam was gone big time, and in record time!
No doubt! ;)
Get yourself a potato rake. It has 4 strong prongs.
Tom Dutkiewicz
Hmm.. I have it dude :o
I subbed! You work so hard; you're amazing!
Thank you!
Whilst beavers are very industrious, the anti-beaver is even more so. Water flows once again
0:16 good for you you are like one of a miliards of people around the world :)
Amazing work.
So satisfying! Thanks!
Great job! The waiters are good just make sure you keep a knife handy any event you fall into the water, you might have to cut yourself some holes.
I saw some videos in UA-cam. Like "how to survive with chest wader" So they didn't cut holes somehow.. hmm..
Greetings from the far western reaches of Europe! So nice to see that not only have you got the rake upgraded and working nicely, but you have lovely new chest waders! Fantastic! APSVEICU JUS! Keep up the excellent content, be safe in the cold weather, and always enjoy yourself. Thank you for the wonderful videos! ESIET DROSIBA!
You wrote in Latvian language I’m from Lithuania;)
@@Kenislovas Aš labai atsiprašau! Turėjau pasirinkti vieną/atspėti, ir aš nežinojau, kuris! Daug metų turėjau kaimynų lietuvių ir latvių - tokių mielų žmonių. Ir skanus maistas! Taigi, ačiū už jūsų vaizdo įrašus, puikus darbas, mano drauge!
@@bradmiley all is ok! Thank You!!
Back when we could get dynamite we used a stick of it to blow the beaver dams
You are doing a fantastic job just my kinda work. I love this channel.
Good job. Chris from England.
Do you have a video where it's possible to see the effects of removing the dams? It would be cool to see the "after" shots and not just the "before" drone footage.
Another great video buddy!
Great Job, when it gets almost shallow try to pull the base tree limbs out even more and the beaver will have a hard time rebuilding. Check in 2 days just to be sure.
Now get yourself a nice comfortable chair and a 22 cal then wait for the oversized rat.
Ha ha! Damn you're cold. But for real, chuck them beavers! Never grew a fondness for those dastardly creatures.
What a great job 👍
Awesome!! So satisfying ❤
You ticked off every beaver associated with that ditch!!!
congrats on waders! was wondering when they would show up :)
I like the fact that you speed up the film .
If beaver dams are removed for reasons the beaver should be relocated. They are a big answer for drought.
For the reason for sure. Unfortunately i couldn’t find beaver, just on e..
It would be interesting to see what effect all that water has a mile down the stream or at the next Dam
THanks for advice!
Good job! We are going to expect this all the time now!🤦🏽♀️🇬🇧😇🤣
Till the winter time. Then I'll to think about the other ideas.
Satisfieing to watch. Nice work!!
:D
I come watch this one again the most I think.
Another thought? Now I’m not sure it will work bc of the water… but ifs battery operated maybe. What about a chain saw for the branches on top, to cut down to smaller size, and they can go into the water. Would it be easier for u
Thank you for the nice video. 👍🇺🇸
Satisfying.
Please don't break down the dam went it close to winter...
@post10 says "I just run my feet over it back and forth, like this... 🤣🤦♂️🤣🤦♂️
Thank you my friend and keep safe :-)
Thanks Again for entertaining us, I watch over n over.
💚☃️🔥
Pesky algorithms 😃
Good job!
Great job 👍👏👏
Wow!! Nice work!!
👍👍👊👊😎
That was a good one 👍
wow this is becoming job for you and addiction to us weal done
:D
You did well Mate congratulations from New Zealand
Thank You!
I am new at this. It is really amazing what these little animals are capable of doing. We had a big dam across the lake and it took quite some doing to get rid of it. But here it is a stream. Do you need to dig out some more debris, in order for the stream not to flood?
What's wrong with having a lake? Fish, waterfowl love lakes.
@@priscillaroberts7945 there is absolutely nothing wrong with a lake. I love living on “my” lake. The beaver dam was at the beginning of the lake and made the inflow in the lake overflow, before the water reached the lake. And that was NOT good. I love all the wildlife in and around the lake.
Crikey mate. Natures engineers construct a dam for the community and to control the local eco system and then some mate comes in with suicide pants on and destroys the whole shebang. Now i say you rebuild a nice wooden dam for our little buddies and create tunnel walks inside the dam for them.
They are destructive and a nuisance. They plug pond drains and just cause trouble. They are a huge rat. Destroy an acre or more of a corn field.
Be careful with them, my dad got some and went walleye fishing in muamee river and he tied the belt around his waist then proceeded to slip and go under…his legs popped up like a bobber, if it wasn’t for a couple of other anglers he would have drowned…legs sticking up in the air…floating down the River…last known as bobber bill.
Yes, I'v already heard that wader is a dangerous thing. I am taking care.
THank You!
This was a packed dam….
The beaver mafia are going to be looking for you, the godfather beaver already got a hit on you, his name is "Big Beaver Benavites"..some of the members are Flat Tail Freddy, Buck Tooth Televalez and Little Beaver Benavites
Work with water, must lets water help you too. Water's flow was strong than people. Make stream, that's..👍👍💪💪🤠
Great video, maybe your best one yet!
I think You’re right ;)
I'm just curious. Are the beaver protected? Are they hunted, trapped, free to be a nuisance?
They are not protected, we have too many of them. Nearly in each reclamation canal You can find them. Their dams affects a lot of lands.
