THANK YOU! --- SEE HE GET'S IT WELL DONE!!!!!....
What film camera would you recommend for someone who is just starting out in film photography? I really love what you said here about not having to worry about your shots too much and especially just enjoying taking the photos.
I have always loved the colours in film and I started out taking photos digitally but I want to really learn how to shoot film but can't really afford to buy a Leica (which hopefully I can afford in the future!)
Hi Benj, Warsaw looks stunning! I wanted to ask- how much are your digital photos influenced by film, and vice versa? For example, I've honestly been hovering over your Meridian Cascade page (p.s. when is V2 coming out :P) and I can see, at least to me, that your post style definitely leans towards film like tones and colours- without outright calling itself a film emulation. Thanks!
How do you rate when using Porta 400? I just bought a 5 pack and never shot it before, so excited to try it.
I just got a Contax T2, so excited. What do you set it on for those night shots? Full auto (2.8) or flash? Thanks!
Do you control any of the editing process with Indie Film Lab, or do you just trust them fully to deliver a stellar product?
Yeah, with any lab you want to give them instructions on how you want your film scanned. So I’ve communicated how I like my photos to look in terms of white balance and overall exposure/contrast.
Dude, just wanted to say you're doing an amazing job. I'm really thankful for the videos you make because I have learned from them & i'm also just over all encouraged by them. From the video about backups & storage to this one I really enjoy learning about your process. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
