Good to see Zheng playing so aggressively.
I often feel she plays on all surfaces like they are clay courts.

She has this strapping since the start of the tournament.
@@samanthagavaudan9472 That doesn’t mean her injury hasn’t worsened. Dodin’s whole career has been plagued with injury.
Her movement is not a strength but it’s normally better than this. Her ability to win matches comes from her insanely good ballstriking, and even that wasn’t on today. Dodin can play at an exceptional level on her good days, hence the easy wins in the first three rounds.
Riba back on her team was a great idea.

She’s clearly injured. Her movement isn’t the best, but it’s never this bad. Even her ballstriking was off today - if you watch her previous round highlights, she hits the ball cleaner than most.

Pas sûr qu’elle sache faire beaucoup mieux. Et pour le haut niveau, elle est de toute façon trop lente sans parler du fait qu’elle soit trop bourrine et pas spécialement douée en toucher de balle etc

Océane était au ralenti ou bien ?!? Il y a une telle différence de rapidité et de puissance dans les frappes, on dirait qu'il y a 2 séries d'écart !! C'était pas le moment de faire la sieste nom d'une grenouille ! Comment a-t-elle pu passer à côté d'un 4ème tour de Grand Chlem comme ça ?!? On dirait du Benoît Paire, faut avouer que ça, ça arrive plus souvent aux français qu'aux autres, y a un problème quelque part...
Océane qui dit en interview après match "ce n'était pas mon jour" !! Pardon mais peut-elle se dire cela en ayant joué un 1/8eme de finale d'un grand chlem ??? Qu'un amateur puisse se dire ce genre de choses passe encore, mais ça veut déjà dire qu'il n'a rien compris à la démarche psychologique pour aller chercher une victoire, mais alors une pro qui a la chance de jouer à ce niveau, devant un public de ouf, avec un prize money incroyable, et que ça n'arrivera peut-être plus jamais dans sa carrière, c'est incompréhensible !! Cela montre une fois de plus que l'aspect psychologique est totalement négligé par nos champions français et que cela explique grandement leurs résultats catastrophiques en grands chlems... On le constate avec Garcia, dont les problèmes psychologiques ne sont pas réglés depuis des années, c'est un gâchis extraordinaire car elle a tout pour y arriver, mais la fédération et son entourage n'ont pas pris suffisamment le problème au sérieux et elle se traîne ça depuis des années, elle aurait pu occuper le top 5 plus longtemps et glaner des grands chlems...Les anglo-saxons ont compris depuis bien longtemps l'importance du psy pour ces athlètes...nous on a trente ans de retard...

the state of the women's game is terrifying since serena's departure. there are no stars, there's no consistency at the top, no rivalries. the technology of racquets has made it so that you essentially just have to time the ball to properly ball-bash, leaving the mental game out of it almost completely, and also leaving winning and losing effectively up to chance. i have been obsessed with tennis since 2000 and i haven't even heard of these pretenders before. they shouldn't even be playing in mickey mouse tournaments, let alone centre court.

То что это будет тренеровкой и лёгкой прогулкой для китаянки было понятно изначально...Женг даже не надо было ничего придумывать атаковать и тем более рисковать надо было просто отбивать мяч через сетку и всё Додин она сама ошибется она даже за мячами не бегала это не соперница и не её уровень....поэтому мне этих ребят из поддержки француженки сразу стало жалко, зачем они вообще пришли кричать они что не понимали что у Додин ни единого шанса не было на успех...странные парни!))
