- Flew up to visit the wives at the Canyon Ranch for dinner. 15 minutes from the airport. Filed as the ceiling was OVC. As we passed the initial fix though I could see the airport so was able to cancel IFR .
Nice job Doc and congrats on the new plane . It's a big difference from the skylane.enjoy it fly safe thank you for sharing.

Pipers are nice . Never flown a Saratoga , just the archer but I’m sure they are steady .. hope to get checked out on the sr22 soon at FRG

Dr. Pilot did sr20 transition , the 22 is much the same except a lot more power so it requires a few hours of training with a Cirrus instructor
Aye, the last iteration of the turbocharged Saratoga, i.e. PA-32R-301T Saratoga II TC. That's my dream airplane, I currently fly the PA-28-151 to 181 planes at my flight school.

@@DrPilot I do as well but then I have it go to a small hand held recorder and it sounds like garbage. Wondering if my hand held recorder is the problem.
willfly4beer just use the nflight setup audio recorded to the GoPro
@@DrPilot My session 5 gopros don't have an aux in...I'm just gonna try another audio recorder. The one I have now is a cheap thing.
