I figured mine out. There are three gears and each has an arrow align all three up. Turn the tape holder so its between A and B with the tray out. The tricky part is keeping the belt on but I managed. Put the belt on the larger gear first and stretch it a little onto the smaller gear as you lower the lid while keep the three arrows aligned. I marked all three arrows with a marker so I can see then better. Then it was very simple to adjust the tray using Cam A and B. Make sure you do the adjustments 2 or 3 times like the manual says.
Yup, they are centered. But once I pull out the jumper cables for testing, the mechanism motor starts to bind. Believe me, the arrows are perfectly in alignment. 😎
@@botelhdaI just lifted the table slightly and if you move the gear left and right you'll hear it start to bind - center it - set it down and eject. If it doesn't, adjust slighty, took me about 20 minutes and it works perfect now.

There are alignment indicators on the 2 gears. They need to be centered
