You need to go into your bluetooth settings. Turn on your device, put it in pairing mode so that it is discoverable. Then "scan" for bluetooth devices. Your device should eventually show up again. Choose "Connect."😊

If the Bluetooth doesn't connect it's possible that's it connected somewhere else and they will block your connections to what ever it is you need to connect to

I'm having that issue right now. My broken phone still turns on, but doesn't show anything I'm guessing my devices are connecting there.
See if your device is not paired and connected to another device. My bluetooth headband was not even discoverable. Then I heard voices coming from it, sounded like cops responding to a call. I thought, wtf, how did I end up getting connected to a police scanner?
I see a flickering light coming from the Living room and at this point I'm totally confused and actually kind of scared. Turns out, the headband was connected to my Apple TV. I had left the remote on the couch. Middle of the night, my doggo got onto the couch, turned on Apple TV and was playing the UA-cam video of the initial police search of Chris Watts's house.
