Thanks for the video, AD! Somehow, I’m glad I dodged the bullet. Hopefully one of the poses you’ll make can have her hold the Darksaber with both hands: I’m interested in seeing the range of the arms put to the test.
I didn’t look at any review outside of pictures. I think this is a case of posing it so it can look good, not dynamic. I don’t mind when a figure is meant to be more aesthetically fun, but there’s a joy in discovering articulations. The portrait of Katee Sackoff is really close but not quite there. It certainly is better than TBS where it looks closer to the animated shows.
Seeing the armpit joint not being that great and the limited elbow joint is a bad compromise that shouldn’t happen. The shoulderpads going into the cavity or the socket is usually a big no-no for me on any figure: it breaks the aesthetics even if it’s rare that a figure will do a cross pose. The feet would be, for me, unacceptable. This is the same problem I have with the figma Doom Slayer: they just don’t move and Doomguy is the king of movement in video games. I did put that figure back in its box and may clean it up so I can eventually sell it. I think they could have separated parts of the shin guard and make the equivalent of a floaty piece using a ball joint to free the ankle from most restrictions.
For sure, those ankles should be much better. On the other hand, I expect to have a lot of fun posing this figure so we'll see what will the reasults be. Thank you for watching my friend.

I did the right thing and pre-ordered both. 🤫 It's really hard to say which one will be better until we get them in hand.
I snapped the rangefinder off of a Mafex Boba Fett. 😢
I did the same thing. The helmet fell of the table and the rangefinder snapped off. But I glued it back and it's fine.
@@ActionDisplayChannel Need to do that. My 51 year-old eyesight and shaky hands keep telling me not make things worse.
