This is the most beautiful weather!

When rain drops come down i can sleep so smoothly and feel more relaxed because sleeping when it's raining it is the best time to get rest after heavy work of the day raining season is the best monsoon of the year some people can get rest in summer nights but i can only feel rest relaxed and get a peaceful sleep when its raining
To people with anxiety : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of rain, breath in count to 5 , breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or a sleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. I love you
