Even more difficult to find here in Michigan 😂....thank you for Searing without burning or scorching the surface. That's my biggest pet peeve with reverse sear videos. Good looking cook, great result.👍🏼🇺🇸
Easy to find in western NC. I found a really nice one at Walmart and my local Publix had a nice one too. Those grill grates did a great job on the YS640.
@@BBQbyBiggs Yes, it comes with a stand but you can get small legs for it to sit inside something you build. Yeah, you can for sure build something for it to sit in. Classic 2: amzn.to/3nSu01h Kettle Joe: amzn.to/33dJ28z Joe Jr: amzn.to/3eiAxze KJ 3: amzn.to/3vET7Yc

Awesome! Thank you! You have me wanting to add that Kamado to my arsenal.
@@BBQbyBiggs That's awesome! The Kamado Joe's are awesome! I feel the same way about that Yoder.
@@BartlowsBBQ can the kamodo be built into a wooden structure? Like outdoor kitchen? Do you have a link with discount code or tracking for you?

Where did you get the cookie sheet that you're using
It’s just a full sheet pan. Any restaurant supply or even online. The normal ones are 1/2 sheet.
Search full sheet cookie sheet.
1TBS Salt, 1 TBS Pepper, 1 TBS Garlic Powder, 1TBS Onion Powder, 2 TBS Smoked Paprika, 1 Tea spoon Red Cayenne............thank me later ;)
I will darn sure give it a whirl! Tri tip is pretty hard to find where I am but next time I do one I’ll give this a whirl!
Hi just wondering how long the tri tips took you. They looked great!!
Cooked for about 1 hour then seared off to desired temp.
Juicy !! 💦
Appreciate your support Nate.
