The TH80 Pro V2 VIA case is made of ABS plastic, but I wouldn't let that deter you from considering this keyboard. I personally find plastic keyboards really convenient for the portability (I actually daily drive a Realforce R2 or HHKB for work). I also really enjoyed the Epomaker Sea Salt Silent switches with this board 👌
