Beautiful stuff, that last line in particular looked top notch! Is that second area The Abbey? I've never been up there myself, and I know there is a lot around there for those willing to make the hike. Thanks for sharing!
It is! Do you have any more info on the place than what’s on Pebble? Or know who was developing stuff up there? I definitely spent more time hiking than climbing haha but it’s so cool up there and the rock is great
@@adenmrpants I'm not sure what is on Pebble, but the two cats who did a lot of work up there were Ed Dillon and Seth something, and I wanna say it was in late the late 2000's... There used to be a neat forum called utahclimbers, and they put a bunch of beta on that forum. I haven't checked in years, I'm not sure if the forum is still up. Ed moved, but I'm sure he would be happy to give out more beta. I can put you in touch with him if you would like! I've always wanted to check that stuff out, it looks gorgeous up there! I think the hike alone would kill me though I'm so old and out of shape...
yeah, I heard them yelping on all sides of me and could hear them getting closer. I saw a group of at least 5 checking me out from a distance, I was able to scare them away by making noise!
the first zone is, if you follow the talus around the backside from the main area. Adds another 20 minutes of hiking. the second zone is a 2.5 hour hike to some talus below white baldy
This is so sick! Looks beautiful!
