    I have a hard time understanding why you float A4s on J 10 8 with no backdoors? Ranges are obv wide blind on blind, but it must be insanely hard to realize your equity? Yes, his sizing is small, but surely you can fold this particular combo?

    • @silentbovo1
      @silentbovo1 Рік тому +1

      Just solver believes ace high is good often enough and has enough equity against a small enough sizing.

      Yeah, it's a pure fold. And never 3bets pre. Jaime seems clueless in a lot of spots.

    • @silentbovo1
      @silentbovo1 Рік тому +3

      @@bildrwic3 what? Calling a 20% c-bet blind vs blind with ace high is definitely not a pure fold. If you're folding your ace-highs to such a cheap bet without huge icm implications, you're wasting so much equity that you can realize for cheap in the long run or missing bluffs in IP. And A2s-A5s suited holdings are some of the best/most standard 3-bet bluff candidates in your BB, SB, and BTN ranges. Do you actually study? If you're going to insult someone, you should at least understand super extremely commom lines in solve-work. Like literally every mid-high stakes player has a mix of those two lines.

    • @bildrwic3
      @bildrwic3 Рік тому

      @@silentbovo1 First: I said he is clueless in a lot of spots and anyone decent at poker can see that. Like how he did not cold 4bet jam AJs in the big vs SB 3bet with 25 bigs is beyond me. Also this A4s hand too.
      Second: you really wrote that down before looking at actual preflop ranges? BvB you should be polarized and your 3bet bluffs will come from the bottom offsuited part of you range less than 60 big effective.
      Third: A4s with no backdoor is a fold there even vs small sizing. Why? Because your equity is low and your equity realization is even lower. Tell me: if you are calling this that means you are calling any A high here? A3o with no backdoor flush draw? How are you going to play turns? Do you turn this into a bluff or just pray that he checks turn and river? Please educate me.

    THat 99 hand is a clear call for me. Many 8x plays as a check rais. And probably wants to jamm river to fold out hands 99-JJ, A8 etc. And many draws that doesn't complete as well. A spade river will be a nice hand to jamm on. For me it is a call.

      @Ruiz Mara stripe xombos out of his range and then u can make mathematical right decisions. With pair 3 combos left of 6 (and suited 4 ofsuit 12 with combos reduce to cards on board). When ppl call fast they draw more often and gamemode depends on plays. Imo u can make 'sortoff' ideal clicks in mtt, every concept look at what hands u want to play how instead of just actual holding. Cash or especially zoom u can deviate bigtime. Sometimes might deviate to playertype in mtt too?!!

    Terrible fold with AJs at 6:17 in a spot where ranges are the widest. And his sizing is normal, you cannot have any read on that. If he does not know after all these years that that is a slam dunk jam against competent players then he has no business playing in these games.

      nah utg range should be polarized he isnt opening q10 type of hands but jaime shouldve called 7 bigs to win 21 post and with the guy all in they are basically playing their hand face up jamie fucking plays so weird how is pocket tens not a call for 7 bb rejamming is probably -ev but very close to being just okay

    • @highlanddao5371
      @highlanddao5371 Рік тому

      in bounty builders i think jamming would definitely be the correct play and calling a jam but never just on a normal mtt jaime is an above average player but his real skill is bank roll management he is a consistent winner who makes alot of -ev plays combined with alot of +ev plays

    • @bildrwic3
      @bildrwic3 Рік тому

      At least a call if not a jam. UTG is so capped. I mean sure he can have AA and KK but he surrly 4bets or jams JJ-QQ and AK pre. He will have 77-TT, ATs-AQs, AJo-AQo, KQs maybe KJs. So yeah he should have called.

    okay the more I watch the video the more I see that you definitely have improved but are definitely very far from being what I thought I said in the first comment those 10s are the easiest jam possible when on the gun flats The squeeze short stack jam as you saw he had 88 it's going to be a whole bunch of things like that and rarely a slow played aa,King King because he's never going to think that you're going to form a jam lightly almost never Although you do fold small pocket pairs to the small three beds and pots where you're super super deep and getting crazy implied odds to flop sets I'm not sure about that but and I don't care what solver world says or any of that BS if I'm 100 big blinds deep and it's power it's never getting four bet by the small blind after I raised he flatted in a big blind makes a small three bet I'm calling it's definitely profitable and position
