Interesting arguments, but I don't really believe in them, for a reason.
Years ago I read a rumor that talked about 2 protagonists separated as children, a DOA agent and his sister who became a criminal to avenge their parents. But the DEA in GTA V is not mentioned as DOA, and GTA VI will be set in the same universe as GTA V.
If you play the sixth mission of the LS Drug Wars update in GTA Online, Labrat mentions the DEA.
So that rumor was wrong, besides the fact that we know that L and J are a couple

I have those exact shoes, and I am not an ex-con, so I remain a little suspect of this theory based on that evidence. Although, I'm happy that we continue to swing wildly from undercover cop to convicted felon when trying to pin some identity on Jason 😂

If Leonida is based on Florida for realism FDOC give inmates Crocks now. I know this because I did time in Prison in Florida. Those type of shoes haven't been given for atleast 20 years ago. I don't know if they are given to inmates in Federal Prison still or not.
