Hey @chroniclesofjudah144 are you hearing about tony Harrison's complain about the green Gatorade bottle being used in this fight as opposed to a clear bottle? I'm wondering if it was redbull or Gatorade something that gave a little extra boost . Rules are rules at the same time tony Harrison's def got too relaxed in the ring
When you hunt a lion and finally have it trapped/wounded/etc best to kill it as quickly as possible because that lion is still a lion until its a trophy.
Stamina, Stamina is key reason he lost not just losing focus, the body shots of Charlo played a key role in his stamina wearing out!!! Harrison has problem with stamina
I think we are over looking Charlo's body work. Harrison himself said he was weaken by Charlo's body attack in his post fight interview. I don't wanna hear Harrison lost focus and blame a bit of showboating that cost him the fight. Charlo said before the fight "I'm not letting this go the judges" and that's what he did. We have to remember just because someone has holes in their game doesn't mean you can expose them. Harrison in my opinion was never the better fighter in the ring. He got a gift decision the first fight and doesn't have the dog to back up his shit talking.
This was a really good fight and Tony used his jab beautifully giving Charlo problems but he got too cute and never had head movement. Charlo did a good job body punching and did nice follow ups on his uppercuts after his left hook
@@raw5889 I disagree with you. The reason J rock got rocked by Jermall was because he is aggressive and both Charlo's always hits fighters coming in. J Rock got one punch KO'd, and Jermell as in this fight has power a good chin and mad stamina.
I’m not really a Charlo fan, but one thing I can say is he didn’t come to play. You can tell he was trying to knock Harrison out from the get go. To his credit he did what he said he was going to do
I know this is like a miracle if it would happen today, but I'm hoping he will have a video on the lakers vs the clippers Dec 25 game. I can already hear in my head Judah's possible diatribe when Lebron joined that Kevin Hart-AD bromance. Whitlock said some stuff too that sound too much like Judah. He or his writers really do listen to Judah's videos.
Ch Ey yeah lebron is so lame. Supposedly he was hurt be a knee to the thigh groin region, but as soon as he saw a natural moment that happened he had to go and get jealous and jump in it and try to steal the spotlight
I like the way you broke this down brother. I was waiting for your take and you pointed out some things that I missed but overall great video. This helped me in my own life a reminder to stay focus and protect yourself at all times
He's probably gonna say he was right about kawhi being the best in the NBA. Probably a little synopsis on thid whole "Load Management" thing. Probably a couple LeShannon Sharpe James impersonations lol.
Enjoyed how you can school those on the hold the phone method pertaining to mind muscle memory connection on defending yourself plus fighting online and getting off line utilizing angles. Maybe you train or train others but working in the craft I appreciate your knowledge brother, SHABBAT Shalom.
Charlo caught Harrison in the 10th round but Harrison took it well, but I think he was hurt but didn’t show it. I think it led to the eventual knockout.
Harrison didn't just magically lose focus, he was starting to wear down from the constant pressure he was putting on Charlo trying to walk him down. He also was dealing with Charlos relentless pressure and power shots. It was all too much for his body to handle. So he began to crack, and decided to cover it up by showboating.
Thought somewhere around the 8th or 9th rd Charlo started utilizinn his own jab a lot more 12 12 and won a round and then I seen he stuck with it in the next Rd as opposed to getting pushed back when fighting on the inside. Thought that along with Harrison's show boating got Harrison off the game plan. That was a great fight all around. Judah called for Charlo to utilize the jab too in the prefight vid too.
I went to the fight. Them undercards were fire tho. U should've been his corner. But dude just stopped listening to his corner and was willy nilly smh.
Thank you, this is the video we've been waiting for. Goodness, were the Harrison fanboys out of pocket after this fight. I've never heard so many excuses for a guy losing a fight. Thank you as well for calling it like it is, in terms of Harrison being slightly chinny. Charlo may be an emotional fighter, but he ultimately remained more focused in this fight than Harrison, hence he won.
I haven't been this sad over the outcome of a fight since Pacquiao-Marquez 4 dawg 😭😭 (Pac's my favorite fighter) I'm so disappointed in Tony for blowing it, I don't even dislike Jermell, I just really like Tony that much (as a boxer!) and wanted him to shut up the ppl who say he got a gift
Harrison was my pick to win the fight because of his craft and ability and it’s a shame he lost focus in the middle of the bout, their preflight conference was quit funny.
Agreed, but Harrison was the one who got in there showboating. Charlo's inefficiency did not cause Harrison to do that. Harrison did that all on his own. He really has no one to blame for losing this fight but himself. Charlo's style might be wild, but he remained more focused throughout the fight, while Harrison was showboating. Harrison lost.
If Charlo leans his head to the left and doesn’t slip his enough, you would think his trainer would teach him not to do it or he needs an extra pair of eyes on his training team
Coop Cooper I do too, prime for prime I'd pick Lara to win I guess handily, now I see them about even. Can't really call Tony a fresh 29 tho cuz he's been in tuff tuff fights and taken some real @ss whoopins
@@Angelo-nv8eo that's a good damn boxing matchup right there somebody need to push that fight it would put both guys back in the mix it's a great division right now if all these guys AND the champions round robin losses here and there won't and don't matter as much and all these guys have had tough fights with tougher losses to each other deserving rematches very exciting
I love your channel ChroniclesOfJudah 144 but this was the worst video that I've ever seen you do. You didn't give any credit to Charlo in his game plan at all and said that he was losing the fight on the score cards ? I watched this fight in slow motion and found out that the judges and ref did a very good job on calling the fight. Charlo was timing his punches and punching through Harrisons defenses while being the more aggressive fighter. Also Tony hurt Jermell a couple times, but not nowhere near as many as Jermell hurt Tony. And last but not least Charlo consistently kept switching his stance to throw Harrison off and it worked. He was moving from High Guard to mid to Philly Shell and back all night. Jermell won with power and technique while being patient, Harrison fought a Charlo styled fight off of pride and lost. But even if Harrison would have fought like fans wanted him to, the fight would have looked like round 2 all night thanks to Charlo's power
I gotta agree with some of these folks, COJ. You’re not giving any credit to Charlo. It’s apparent you have a slight bias against him, which is understandable; you’re only human. Seems like you were really pulling for Harrison, which is also understandable; he’s a likable character. But I thought Charlo was much more defensively sound this time around, got hit with a lot less hard shots, his conditioning was immaculate, his body attack was on point, and his footwork was definitely better this time around. I’ve never been a big fan of Jermell, or his attitude, but I have to give credit where it’s due. He came ready and didn’t let the trash talk affect him in a negative way.
Excellent fight, he was winning the fight, lost focus just for a few seconds and the fight was over, dagum... Glad we didn't bet on that one...BTW Harrison more skilled than Charlo, but in a fight, so many things go into securing a victory, look forward to seeing both of them again...

I think it is an excuse Harrison lost focused. He was getting drained with body shots as well. He got caught with a left hood and he didn't see it coming.
Spence's speech was slurred doing the interview. I hope it's because of the new teeth he had to get because of the accident. Hopefully he doesn't have brain damage.
Certainly will be a trilogy I had Tony up 7 rounds to 3 - heard the judges had it 96-93 on 2 cards for Charlo - great tactical fight -aside from his pops - Emanuel Steward taught him well
Tony was dominating on the inside and kept charlo on the back foot after he got knocked down. Tony took his foot off the gas, tried to box from the outside later in the fight and got knocked out
Tony was also in there clowning and wilding out. Just saying. Hopefully he learns next time. You can't be doing that in the ring, unless you're clearly the superior fighter and you don't have a chin that can be taken advantage of. Especially not against a guy like Charlo.
And for the record My main man Erroll Spence Jr. Looked like he had been drinking the night of his first appearance back. I hope not but the slurring and the glossy eyes had me wondering whats his problem. So please man let me know what did you see in this video
"Allegedly" my ass. Tito had rocks in those gloves. Thank goodness for Bernard Hopkins and Naseem Richardson for exposing Tito before the fight. Hopkins destroying Trinidad was my favorite win for anyone, of all-time. Vargas and Trinidad traded knockdowns and it was exciting but Vargas was never going to beat Trinidad. He was too reckless with little to no defense, especially in that fight. In my opinion, Tony lost the 1st fight, as evidenced by his reaction to being given the decision. He was winning the second fight clearly, based on all objective, unbiased judging, and got caught with a shot or two that Charlo was trying to land all night. From the 1st punch, onward, Charlo was trying to knockout Harrison. Hubris and ignorance is a dangerous combination.
Harrison reminds me of Jermaine Taylor, he has no stamina and he gets stopped late in fights that he's winning. This is the third time this has happened to him.
Very unfortunate for Tony because he was giving Charlo a flat footed stand still boxing lesson, and he didn't move his head at all but was catching Charlo's punches with his gloves and the crowd was over reacting with his combinations that didn't land.
The home town brother got cocky and didn't know what to do with the lead. I think he could have done what I predicted(stoppage in 8 to 10 though it obviously went to the 11th) had he not been showboating. He completely neglected his jab the last couple rounds and lost defensive responsibility.
Jack Reese is not consist with this count thing. Watch The loma vs the guy he fought in L.A. second people that can count said tank about Reese. That dude counted to 22 and 23 on the both knockdowns. Charlo was trying to kill Harrison ...he was dancing to show the judges that the punches Charlo connected on didn’t hurt
I think Harrison was showboating because he was tired and trying to bluff Charlo.
