Nvm I read transmission fluid is it atf +4

I have noticed my shaft to the pulley was not flush. Would that cause a chirp in the belt as in it’s not correctly aligned?

I ended up snapping both of those wires off on the top bolt but i’m honestly not sure what those 2 wires connect to could you help me out please?

Is the new power steering pulley supposed to spin freely, or have a lot of resistance?
