This KGB badge is made of brass, gilt and enamels. It measures 47.67 in height, 26.23 mm in width and weighs 10.1 grams without its screwplate.
In excellent condition with crisp details and an appealing patina to the silver plating on its reverse. Its enamels are well preserved without flaking, scratching or repairs. The raised details show light wear only and virtually all of the silver and gold plating is still present. Its screw has not been shortened and the nut is original to the badge and fits well.
