I have two ferrets I feel ya on the cleaning lol. I’m gonna offer ya a cleaning helper. For your tub use dawn and vinegar in a dish soap wand. It’ll break down the soap buildup and clean the tub from the pet germs. Your pets are beautiful and are so lucky to have a good mama.
A tip for cleaning Dale's wheel! I have the same wheel and you can take it off the stand and take it apart to clean each piece individually if it gets extra dirty.
do you find it’s messier not having the plastic sides up on mocha and lattes cage? i have a huge piece of corrugated plastic and it could make a much bigger cage for my piggies but i hate cutting it because i always cut through it :(
I’m always cleaning my gecko tank. It’s relatively easy since I use paper towels for the substrate. I’ll often wipe the bottom of the tank with wet tissue. I do it a couple times weekly.

I just cleaned my pet guinea pig cage and she started like making a squeaking sound and then she kept trying to climb out of the cage it was weird but it thankfully only took like 15 mins because is pretty decent size, 8 square foot.
I just wash my piggy’s fleece till I. Ant wash it anymore it’s a waste too just keep buying them ever time I clean there cages and I clean them a lot so when I do go buy some I get like $50 worth and I go too goodwills and other thrift shops too get my fleece
Rats are usually more prone to pneumonia with fleece rather than loose bedding. With loose bedding you want a loooot of it, make it deep and give dig boxes and such. Fleece just holds the urine too much so loose is better especially for absorption. In my experience anyway ❤️
Well since mine all started to get pneumonia after switching to loose bedding my vet recommended sticking with what works for me. It’s different for everyone
I have 3 male guinea pigs and I put news paper to protect the wood and on top of the newspaper I put hey and straw and I find that work better then blankets for my pigs btw mine live outside when the weather is ok
I know this was 8 months ago so you might’ve changed it now but just letting you know that fleece is the least recommended bedding for rats for many reasons, if you use a correct bedding that is dust free/fragrance free and clean it regularly it will not cause illness in your rats. It’s much better to use an actual bedding for them, just thought I’d let you know:)
I’ve tried 6+ different types of loose bedding for my rats and they have gotten sick every time so my vet recommended to stay with fleece. I will do as my vet recommends and they haven’t been sick since I switched over to fleece.

Could you do a whole video about daily and more long term cleaning for the snails? There is so little content available on this and I just love that you are actually well researched and seem to keep updating your knowledge as best you can. Your snail content has been my favorite of any youtuber.
Thank you so much for sharing! I do the same when I wash my rats' fleece, but I do it on a warm cycle with an extra rinse to make sure there isn't any soap left. I used to do cool water, but I've found that warm works better for me and my girls. So glad to hear the babies are feeling better
Also I use litter bags so when I change out all of it once a month it's so easy! And the purple ones off Amazon don't rip while cleaning daily or how ever often you do. I clean the litter once a day lol 😆 but I'm a little over the top most my friends are every other dayers or so
@@AlyssaNPets Alyssa, i agree it’s so expensive so I highly highly recommend the Tidy Cats Breeze litter system with Pine Pellet Litter. I bought it after not being able to afford the litter robot. It has made my life sooo much easier!!! Cleaning it is a BREEZE like the name implies lol
Cresties only need a heat lamp if the room temp is lower than about 72 degrees! I use a nano ceramic heat lamp that keeps the tank about 76 degrees at the top and 72 at the bottom. Just be careful not to have the tank above 80isj degrees or they can overheat. Hope that helps ❤️
Any plans for more pets anytime soon? If so, what do you want to get? Do you give your beardie baths much? Mine loves a bath! Can you do a full day clog of taking care of the animals? Feeding, cleaning bathing etc!
Only getting a guinea pig friend for Kevin so that’s it. I give bowser a bath every once in a while but he really hates it. I’ll do a pet routine soon!

You can take the front piece off of the wheel in Dale's cage so it's easier to clean!

I absolutely love these types of vlogs! A tip for Kevin's cage is putting a litter box under the hay bag, so it would catch all the hay he pulls out.
For your crested gecko, I recommend a bioactive enclosure. You put isopods and springtales in there and they eat the poop.
