This is the bad thing about Lego. You have to become a very organized person who is good at creating and maintaining storage systems as you build your collection. If you don't keep up with it, it easily becomes a disaster. As my collection slowly grows (it's still pretty small thankfully), I've noticed it takes a creative mind to sort and organize my parts. It's almost like an organic thing that is in a constant state of flux, where it's constantly changing based on the sets I have, the part types I have, whether or not I have a lot of one part over another, and which sets I choose to keep displayed and which I choose to destroy and part out for MOC's. It also requires having a lot of open space and open time, and different storage type solutions. It's mind blowing sometimes. I can't even imagine having as many lego's as he has and trying to keep it all organized. I'd go insane trying to figure it out. Good thing he's got a cool wife who is always helping him.
@6:28... bag of trophies... I just picked up a bunch (maybe about what you have there) the other day on the PAB wall... no idea what to do with them yet XD
I got some of those cube selves made of this panels and I slid by bin in them. It just easier that getting an entire stack. It would not be bad to split the the stacks to be shorter.
I’m enjoying the Lego organising videos it’s the best to do in December and new year because before the new sets come out for 2024 I’d love to see more sorting Lego videos I live in Australia what kind of sorting drawers or things should I get for my Lego storage bricksie
No kidding. Perhaps he could donate to some kind of kid's charity. He has the capacity/opportunity as a big YT'er to do something great like that instead of just hoarding even more Lego. 'Tis the season, too.
Wondering if you ever sell your extra Lego, like the trophies 🏆 you seem to have so many of? You may have covered this in a previous video but I can't remember.
If you ever find yourself with too many 1x1 plates, and was looking to offload, I would gladly take them off your hands. Working on a massive 40k+ LEGO art build 😅
Have you ever consider using the BRICKLINK program to keep track of your inventory? I always try to get the 3 drawer units at Kroger ($12.99US) and I spend 2.5 hours sorting parts from cardboard boxes into those twice a week. I love the wall of colors that LEGO allows for in your room, and so much LEGO says, potential.
I'm not sure if it was the camera you were using, or my computer, but when you panned the lego city with the hand camera, it made my eyes blur and sort of glitch. I suspect it was the new vlog camera?
Nothing like a row of the same size and make of storage boxes to make things look tidy. And I have learnt today that Canadians spell colour the American way.
We still use the u in the word but over time media adopted the American spelling to save space on print. Either way you spell it every one knows the word
That’s the problem with Lego. One wrong move and it’s toast. If you have a big earth quake your whole Lego eggo city is a giant pile. Knowing that would stress me out
Forgive me if I’m wrong but that’s a lot of Lego.
I don't think you are wrong. It's a lot, but I bet its still not enough! He'll buy more before the end of the week I bet.
You must be new here.
Actually he is still 3 bricks short of “a lot of Lego”. He’s very close.
Build bigger mountains.
Eh, not quite.
The poor pups - "Dad, you keep taking my napping place with bins!!!!"

Can use them the make a fence or barrier.
Great to see “ behind the scenes “
Hopefully in your sorting you’ve come across those helms deep minifigures 🤞
Love the “from a certain point of view” line at the end. 🙌🏻

I love your lego city and all, but I would hate to sort out so many parts like that. I'd lose my mind.
You can build some alternate vehicles with the 501st pieces
There are alot you can make if you want
Stick a plate on the from to your drawers and put one piece of each in the draw on the plate = simple :). Loving the vids!
Oh my lol thats so much lego. I love lego just like you bricksie. Good job.
Are u ever going to finish the boutique hotel third floor, it has been months 🤣
When i watch your videos I always imagine a minifigures life and stories in your lego city😂
I seriously cant believe your still buying lego from the pab wall when you have all these parts. Madness.

And the whole wizarding world into your into your Lego city it could be a good project big but it would be great to see

Your dogs are just like my cats every time I try to sort my lego
parting out the huge Hulkbuster and sorting took me 10 hours 😢don’t know why you can do this so fast
Don’t worry it took him longer than 5 minutes
I was thinking, this madman is going to leave the drawers unlabeled after sorting? Then after the next cut you made things right 😂
You are a good builder.

You should make a desert in the Lego city

Buy < Sell = Space

Hey Jordan you can try a velcro curtain to cover everything that is under the Lego city?
Did you find your Helms Deep figures? 😅
Hey bricksie. I sort my own unsorted lego on collour until futher sorting. This helps if i am looking for a certain part even if is is not sorted
guess when you finally get the tower back to together need to find a safer spot for it, so it won't happen again
I was just so heartbroken after seeing that Eiffel Tower DESTROYED but your Lego city is sick.
I wish a could have a Big legó set I.
Your basement is running out of space that is a fact !
You could literally build any set you wanted out of all those bulk containers
Should build the world trade centers they look beautiful in you're lego city
I admire your organisation skills . Did you build all the wall shelves yourself ?
Bro lego is fun 🎉🎉😂
Go off King 🤴 😂
Did you find those missing minifigs?
Nope 😢
@@BricksieLast video I saw them on was the Rivendell placement / Lego moving truck promo video 9 months ago.
You are cool 😎
I hope the underwater one involves SpongeBob!
I'm not sure if it was the camera you were using, or my computer, but when you panned the lego city with the hand camera, it made my eyes blur and sort of glitch. I suspect it was the new vlog camera?
How many pieces of lego do you know
Wow, For expensive set. That tower should be more sturdy

@@JimBobaroni computers and phones keep trying to change our spelling too, we need to keep an eye on them.
