For Trading prefer, 30 min or 60 min, for Investing Daily & weekly.

For Day Trading, I would recommend combination of 5 min and 15 minute. This does work well.
I use 15 min for Trend reference and 5 min for Entry/Exit.

Thanks Krish. Just check out Bank nifty example I have shown again. In general you should wait for correction to be over and rules to be fulfilled. This will come with practice. Prefer 30 min or 60 min time frame and high beta stocks.

Focus on those stocks which have entered a period of low volatility for over 15 days and then form a clear range.
Basically these stocks should be high beta in nature but should be undergoing low volatility cycle. Such stocks perform best for this method.
This video you have explained this method step by step. Very good explanation, this method looks complicated I will try this method ASAP. Kindly tell me which time frame to be very usefull for this method.

I have learned lot of things in past two years and came to know that even I know the setup or pattern but psychology part does not let me play all different setup, I learned. I realized that I can play only one or two setup or pattern very well only, in other I incur losses. It would be great if you could make use of Dr. Steenbarger books and let the all your viewer understand that which setup will be best suited to which personality type. It took me two years to understand that I am good at short selling.
