Sleep Deprived Podcast is a comedy podcast of the fellas (jschlatt, Mikasacus, Aztrosist, and apandah) talking about airplanes for x amount of minutes. The podcast would talk about current topics, such as internet and politics. Every now and then, they would have a guest on the podcast-seven so far, including Pyrocynical, Slimecicle, and ConnorEatsPants. Every guest is a permanent member of the podcast, but unfortunately every single guest was soon, entirely coincidentally, found dead after appearing on the podcast. The UA-cam channel also releases gaming videos weekly, featuring nopeify in Garry's Mod videos, and MrToasten in Minecraft videos.

As someone who is prescribed to stimulants, I feel it is important to state that prescribed stimulants are not as good as people think. Outside of the amphetamines, (which are generally only prescribed for significantly debilitating conditions given how strong their effects are,) most other stimulants like Methylphenidate and Lisdexamfetamine are genuinely miserable to take and only made tolerable through your body becoming numb to their sensation and the alternative (being unmedicated) being worse. You also usually need to have ADHD or a significantly debilitating diagnosis like narcolepsy or a eating disorder to be prescribed the medication. So the majority of people who are prescribed are so because they need it to function regularly.
Doctors are now recently moving from prescribing Methylphenidate’s to prescribing Vyvance which is what I take so NOW I’m being screwed over and can’t get my prescriptions without fighting 😭 The government claims it’s due to people getting addicted and I’m calling bs because now doctors are dialing back diagnosing adhd and autism in general suddenly. Like stimulants suck ass to take! It fucks you up and makes you even more tired than you were before taking it. And then on top of that it causes so many problems and if you miss it a couple days you’re stuck with sleep paralysis and other side effects just for being forgetful. It’s not a miracle drug like people claim it is..
@@compassrose1466 I've been on stimulants since before I was even a teenager and I've never had any issue with addiction. I have had issues with having a too high dosage which motivated me to take a break from it last summer to give me room to talk about getting a lower dosage. Only thing that came out of that break was me falling into a seriously debilitating depressive slump because I had to realize the hard way why I had that medication in the first place. And then once I realized I had made a mistake and asked to renew my prescription, I got fucking denied! Apparently taking a few months pause is enough of a time for my permission to run out so now I need to meet a doctor and talk about it before I'm given permission again. Only problem is that the meeting is yet to have a date set and it's been months since I last heard from them. And I do not have time to wait.
I've had to resort to using what's left of my stockpile to keep myself functional until I can get that meeting. Only problem is I had only like 3 weeks of medication for the dosage I actually want and right now I'm on my last week. After that I'll have to move back to the dosage I don't like for potentially 7 weeks just to hold out. Stimulants are a fucking nightmare.
