    Will I love you, and I love the idea of a live post race show, but without you asking these questions, the responses are quick from the drivers and there are no follow up questions asked. You aren't afraid to bring up the elephant in the room with questions others may be afraid to ask. Without you really taking over Paddock Pass like with NBC, it isn't really the same without you asking the drivers the questions.

      because he talked about how strong hamilton was, probably knowing about the ongoing tyre discussion, while a cart of tyres was rolling by, as if someone was implying: nah ah, it was the tyres not just his performance. its a form of objective irony. like a fireman standing in front of a burning house and talking about how safe everything is, not noticing the burning house

    HEY F1! HERE'S AN IDEA! The teams that share engine manufacturers and have sister teams... Like, say, Mercedes and Williams or Redbull and Toro Rosso, should get the drivers to swap for experience on some test/practice days.. Imagine Lewis in a Williams giving input on his feelings about the car and the SIMPLE things he thinks they could do to improve its balance and imagine Stroll taking a couple of laps in the Mercedes just to see what a real cars balance should feel like and bringing that input back to the team.. I think the top three teams should help out the backmarkers (not necessarily the mids like haas and Renault) because if this keeps going we are going to lose heritage teams like Williams who are alongside Ferrari for a vintage race team that F1 would be a hugely lessened without. It'd lose a lot of its sparkle without them...

    • @ivan_pozdeev_u
      @ivan_pozdeev_u 6 років тому

      I don't see the point. A driver must adapt to whatever car he'll be driving in a race. Plus, auxiliary teams are likely to have objectives other than winning the races -- e.g. collecting more telemetry, trying out risky improvements, trying more tire types at the same time during practice (dunno if the last one is legal, just a thought).

    I would like to be on record as saying:
    In 2043 (25 years from now) We will be thinking of Will Buxton (future OBE) with the same reverence and lifelong affection as we have for Murray Walker , also in motorsport or Phil Liggett in cycling. Well done yet again Will. Texas last year with his extra workload scripting the intros and other additional duties seems to have paid off with this new role which is a perfect showcase for his style and knowledge.

      Michael Park Not the crash but people have been extremely toxic after Baku and saying Grosjean is shit for fucking up behind SC and then no one bats an eye when Ricciardo does the same now. Same with Bottas last year, only difference in these to Grosjean was that Grosjean did it in a city track so there were walls there. Otherwise he would've have been just fine as others who fucked up behind SC/VSC. In a nutshell, double standards at play once again.

    Grosjean has got to go man!!!!!!!! if he crashed by himself i could deal with it, but he always takes two or three drivers with him!!

    Interesting that the Sirotkin interview is not shown. Would have been interesting to hear what he had to say about his car and his seat, but it seems you don´t want to show it.

      Let's be honest, do you really think you know enough about F1 car control? I think he knows better. They have so much downforce and grip. it's very hard to control once you are over the limit.

    With the young and old(er) drivers all in the same field in F1 it's interesting to compare maturity amongst paddock huh. Without naming names some older drivers just act like children while younger ones are wise beyond their years - a fascinating case in mentality-to-performance perhaps!
