Listen guys , I don't know how to get to hold of you guys but I watch your breakdown videos all the time . There is a fight caught on tape where a guy gets sucker punched on a basketball court but he knows jiu-jistu . This is soooo worthy of the gracie breakdown . Trust me guys this is really a good video to break down please , please , please find the video . Just type in guy gets sucker punched on basketball court. I really hope that you guys break this video down and the guy that knows jib-jistu shows restraint at the end because he could have torn the guy who punched him knee to shreds but he didn't, its an awesome video for your breakdown

hey guys big fan and just starting to learn about the gracie diet but i haven't seen any recipes with meat in them. I want to eat healthy and learn jiu-jitsu but meat is one thing i can't do without so if u could do a video or send me a response of some kind about gracie diet approved recipes with beef or chicken in them it would be greatly appreciated. Love all your work and i believe in your grandfathers dream of sharing jiu-jitsu with the world and I wish u guys luck.

Felipe Frota Yeah they have their fighting styles alright, They will stick you with a Spear while your on the ground trying to Grapple LOL
Ray Rocco Their fighting style is kinda grapple alike, search for a video where Anderson Silva trains with some indians, it's really interesting.
